i don't know what is the problem, but in this week i noticed that my phone freezes then restarts
sometimes it doesn't wake up from lock screen
why is that? since s2 is a high end phone? or is this problem with android? "even s3 lags on scrolling!"
how to solve it?
Rom? Kernel? Tweaks? What did you do? More info?

You're not special. Other people have had this type of problem so go read the topics that already discuss this/solutions.
Also, please use common sense and in future give relevant information instead of just asking for magic generic solution.

This fantastic ROM and no problem thank God
try to get dmesg or some kind of log or else noone can help you wit reboots.
there's some kernel stuff mixed with sleep of death going on with your device.

hi to all, im having a real problem with my ace, its a standart galaxy ace with android 2.3.4, i flashed it multiple times beacuse i wanted a new android version, but no matter what kind of rom i flash, and i mean anyone from this forum, cyanogen or not cyanogen, any other rom is just giving me the "wifi disconnects randomly" problem, i dont know why and is driving me crazy beacuse i want other roms than the stock, sorry if there are any gramatical mistakes here, thats beacuse english isnt my native language sorry , any help is really apreciated

nope, i set that option to never sleep and its the same, it must be something else whats causing trouble, every rom i flash have the same problem

You could try flashing another modem version, search for it in development section, i can't post links xD

no its not router related coz when in stock rom everythimg works just fine the problem seams to be only with wifi in any other room dunmo whu, thanks all for your help but can a dev or something tell me wich file is related to wifi and how can i for ecample just export that file fromy stock rom to any other one , maybe thats the solution

I think the problem might be in the Kernel.. I switched to a KPB Kernel and it still doesn't work ..it gives me an error message when I try to connectr Wifi and another route to try to resolve it...try posting what Kernel you are using..just curious...

I have been having serious issues with reboots with all the roms I have tried to flash. Ever since I flashed the DSP 1 for the maxicentDroid rom my phone hasnt been the same since.. I have even went back to stock and the same problem. Could it be just a hardware problem? I changed the internal memory to a class 6 samsung mini SD 4 gig. Can someone Please help me on other things I could do.. I think I have tried everything known to man.. Thank you guys for your help..

best thing you can do is flash stock 407. so that all your low level files are in sync and then do a factory reset and let it boot a few times before you start tweaking

hi,yesterday i flashed my live with walkman with rage kernel and today i install custom rom real ics r5....i dun know why everytime i connect my phone to pc it hangs...it jammed and the it reboots....please help me,why this thing is happening?yesterday was using real ics 4.1 also was the same...it was much worst it will jammed and reboots sometimes not only when connect to pc....can anyone help me with this?please?im worried that i will damage it my phone....

by the way i Have upgraded my phone to MT15i_4.0.A.0.62(is this 2.3.3 or 2.3.4)
because i cant open my device cause battery 0 problem.

i would like to thank miliions times who have contributed to fix this annoying problem.
Solution:
1-you should have 2.3.4 android version.
2-you need to mount below kernel in flash mode

the most important thing YOU SHOULD INSTALL A COMPATIBLE KERNEL WITH YOU STOCK OR CUSTOM ROM IF NOT YOU WONT BE ABLE TO OPEN YOUR PHONE
IT WILL ALWAYS STAY THE SUCH AS XPERIA OR SONY ERICSSON SCREEN
TO AWOID SUCH CASES BE CAREFULL AND BE AWERE OF THAT YOU INSTALL THE COMPATIBLE KERNEL WITH YOUR ROM

This is not a personal dig, just kills me the number of posts like this, where folk say they didn't know.
101 for anything firmware related, understanding the process and having a backup plan as things can and do go wrong
Most devs post recommended kernel either in Rom or in the post.

I have installed other roms on Android before, including the Samsung Glaxy Tab2 but its always a mess to finding out easy steps of flashing a rom.

Stuck on CyangenMod... However the CWM version is not compatible? I get a Warning triagle on startup now and the usb connection doesn't appear to work...

Someone mentioned something about the i9300 version having an issue that randomly kills the phone? Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I'm assuming just rooting it and changing the kernel would do it but I don't know to much about what causes it.

Okay. Thank you and this 100% fixes it? I'm just trying to find out because I can still cancel the order if I need to.
No one knows for certain as Samsung have not released an official statement but this is as certain as you can get, no need to worry though as sds is covered by Samsung and they just replace motherboard.
