As you can tell I´m new in the forums as well in the custom ROM scene, I´m having some issues with my S3 after applying the ROM below

old ROM ICS 4.0.4 stock
I did some search on the forums but was unable to find much about my issues
after placing a successful call to my local carrier to get the steps on reconfiguring the internet APN again, now I have no sound at all for phone calls, they provided the instructions and asked me to restart the phone, after the restart the issue with the sound came up and the internet did not work...
the no audio problem is what concerns me the most (obviously)
all other audio apps, ringtones etc work fine
not sure what other information I can provide for the moment, but surely appreciate some help/recommendations
UPDATE: after some restarts the phone started working but new issues came up
seems this ROM has many bugs, at least for me
currently using foxhound 1.7... so far so good

I am new to these forums. I have an issue and I have searched everywhere for the solution.
I have a SGS2 and I rooted it with Lite'ning Rom v4.2.
I followed the instruction on this thread and my phone loaded the ROM successfully.
I have an issue, since I installed this rom my WiFi is not working.
Everytime I got to wifi settings, I see the available networks, however when trying to connect it just attempts to connect then disconnects.
I saw on this thread that another user had to flash the kernel to get his WiFi working.
I download the XXKG3 kernel for my S2 and flashed however still not working.
I am asking for some help with this as where I live I have no 3G reception so have to use Wifi in order to use internet on my S2.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
So yesterday is was trying out the ICS Rom, everything was looking good until i noticed i have no service. I tried searching for it but i get an error every time!
I'm running the FuguModICS i9000 Beta2 Kernel and goodoane's beta2. Is anyone else having this problem? My Service is Rogers though its on a telus phone
I also facing the same problem when using ICS rom with my Samsung Galaxy Note. I can access the internet but in the notification area, No Service displayed there instead of my Carrier name. Anyone know how to fix this?
Here is same. custom ROMS was Working with one Problem that was SMS not send. So i decide to flash another Roms For fixing SMS ISSUE.
BUT suddenly my phone had no service. HOW to fix This PLEASE help us developers . Now i am Flashing many time 2 different rom by a lot way but it is same still. XDA PLS HELP!!!
I'm no sure if this goes here but anyway, since yesterday I've been trying to upload my Custom ROM from my Galaxy S3, but everytime i change it the connectivity (2G/3G) doesn't works but the rest is ok. I've been on Omega Rom in android 4.1.1 and in this one the Data Conectivity works, but when I tried with the new versions of Omega Rom and Carbon Rom, 2G/3G just dissapear, and I don't know why this is happening . I hope someone can help me, or is it a problem from Android 4.2.2 ? PS: I can write in any of those official threads of the Roms because it doesn't allow me. Thanks so much

Mobile data = on
Network mode = auto
Make sure use 2g is disabled
Hi, I have just bought MTK6589 (iOCEAN X7) phone and I’m puzzled about tethering with this phone. It has JB 4.2.1 and following my problem:
- Tethering works perfectly with H3G carrier
- Tethering stops working with TIM carrier (spot is activated but data traffic doesn’t go through so connected devices are not able to navigate!)
- Same TIM sim does perfect tethering on HTC Sensation with CM10.1 JB 4.2.2
That said, it is clear that JB 4.2.1 installed on my iOCEAN creates some barrier to my TIM sim, whereas on HTC Sensation the kernel (or whatever) is patched to allow this.
Surfing in internet I have found many apk, scripts, suggestion helping people to solve issues related to the stop implemented into JB 4.2.x for tethering BUT none of them was successfully solving my problem! Is there any one with same my issue who solved it? Any help on this?....Thanks in advance!....
Hello I'm a bit of a noob on the ROMS. I've managed to update my Galaxy SIII (I9300) with some custom roms after a friend of mine rooted my phone. I've tried several different ROMS like CarbonRom 20140713, ArchiDroid 2.5.1, Dirty Unicorns(4.4.4_20140707) LiquedSmooth(20140708) and SaberMod (20140728) and all seems to have problems with making a phone call. As the sound of my in car radio of my toyota auris full hybrid is distorted to the level that a phone call isn't posible. As all of them seem to be 4.4.4 based I think that it's inside the master software of wich all of those custom roms seem to be based (can someone confirm this?). The only rom that works is Android Revolutions (SGS3_52.0) but that seems 4.3 based. Does anyone else has this problem? Is this the right forum to post this question? And what to do as 4.4.4 has some nice features with the wifi connection that I like. Also before rooting the samsung original software worked fine with my inside car system.
Also a strange thing I've removed the bluetooth pairing each time and with the Android revolution I have to fill in a pin code. With all the 4.4.4 versions the connection doesn't ask for a pin code (wich for my car is btw 0000).
I hope someone can help me with a solutions.
