No need to do it .

How about kernel? I am recently running on verizon JB kernel with erased CID.
EDIT: kernel size seems same with the one from OTA verizon JB.

I flashed system and kernel. Everything running as must be but how to get root. Before flash i backup root with Ota root keeper but now can not restore, any other way?

This is a FASTBOOT not an OTA
Maybe this helps:
You can try to open the USB DEBUGGING and install an 4.0.4 kernel
Then the phone can be black screen but you can root as usual
At last flash the new kernel from fastboot
Profit!

Yup. For another regions Razr will be the exact same block 18 trick as in the previous leaks.

Probably yes, but you can still mount system.img as a partition, do nandroid backup and restore as a second system.
Edit: It's same version as OTA Leak, already got it

Also, after i finish the installation, is the lang eng or chinese? Coz I dunno chinese at all, so how do I navigate around to changing the lang if its not already set to eng.

Yes, it's the final release leaked. I think Asia retail shares same region signature as europe. Don't flash it if your razr is Asia. Both, english and chinese.

Also, the fast boot is 300MB ? coz that's what the DL link says.

First one is chinese, but you can change it the first screen.
it's a 1Gb file, but it's safely compressed to ~300mb.

Absolutely yes! Our rom have bugs and a lot of features wich is not built in like call n sound recorder, firewall for blocking call from non vip contacts, and a lot more. Hope we get an update to our version soon or will worth move to chinese ics.

Its a fastboot, so u can just flash using RSD. The issue is signatures, I believe. Which is why I need pedro to confirm if its okay to flash on AsiaRetail and Canada.

You'll need to track down the fastboot files for your region (should be somewhere on the forum) then use RSDLite to flash back to stock then flash cm9. So it only goes into APFB? won't boot normally?
Sorry, I'm not very familiar with any of the regions besides EU and US.

You probably wont be able to flash EU, region issues can brick your phone. I added the link to the asia retail ICS in the post above.

Nope, that still requires that you be fastbooted to stock. From what you've told me you cant boot into your OS.

the size of the file indicates its a full SBF. You should have no problems flashing with RSD

Yes, full sbf contain Bootloader 0A.74, however it is not flashed by RSD.

There is no webtop image in the sbf and and there is no any command in XML to touch webtop partition during flashing

I think he means the bootloader is contained in the image but not flashed, so RSD should still be good to go.

Okay so, this seems to be failing at the first step:
Failed flashing process. 1/11 flash cdt.bin ''cdt.bin_signe'' -> Phone returned FAIL

Yeah ya can flash different region of kernels but for that ya need to erase ya cid because motorola has locked the bootloader. Look out in the forum fo erasing cid and restore once ya want to go back to your region update
Edit : Don't mind i just wanna know why ya wanna flash EU karnel if the update is already available fo Verizon

Install OTA Rootkeeper in PlayStore. It backups the root. And you can unroot directly in the app. Then, you can install the OTA.

You can flash it with BMM,just extract bp.img,put it on the root of your SD card (not ext) and flash it.
And the bootloader has nothing to do with it,don´t worry.

I think that SS can´t flash bp.img but I´m not 100% sure,I never used SS,maybe I´m wrong.

Bp.img and radio are the same thing,the only difference is in flashing,BMM flashes bp.img while the radio you must flash with adb commands from your computer.
