I'm no developer, but I read online that Sprint's ota update brings visual vm update and battery improvements. Think it's possible to use those battery improvements in our Roms or kernel? Just curious.

I would be very interested in seeing their battery stats after this "improvement" to see where AndroidOS is. It would be nice if someone could solve that riddle, wrapped in an enigma and covered with a heaping portion of mystery.

It says some small fixes, but specifically mentions battery improvements. I figure any increase can't hurt.

It's been available for a little while, but now it's almost fully working, just a few bugs here and there from using it, But it works pretty consistently with voice and everything. Love it.
Flashed it last night and has been working great. ^_^
Only issue I've seen was the ones they listed where I can't use the back button but doesn't affect functionality at all

Didn't think I'd like it as much as I do but particularly the improved voice search function is pretty sweet. It's nice to be able to give the phone more natural commands and have it pick up on it. It also doesn't seem as impaired by rushed pronunciation as 4.0 and below.

Who cares what the benchmarks are. We ALL know this phone is the fastest on the market right now. Dont need tests to prove it or reassure ourselves.

Honestly I did the n4 conversion as you can see, this phone is amazing. I like the lg stock ROM but I'm a aosp guy. So the device alone tho is great, camera is not bad once you fix it.. And sound is good. All in all love it. Had the note 2 and s3 both great devices, but this is better. The screen alone is the best
