Hi guys
I recently saw the pic below on the Sony site. It is in the gallery of images for the Xperia S but my question is can I make my Ray look that way? I don't know if it's just an app or what but I really like the way it looks in Landscape mode.
Is there a mod, app or something to make this happen? I have searched for different gallery apps to see if it was that but I haven't found anything that made my phone resemble the S when it comes to this area.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I wanted to know if there is anybody working on a port of the Sony Ericson's Timescape to SII. I think it would turn the SII even more perfect

Well I hate those who say this but i have to do the same:
Man use SEARCH! It's there! Either in General section or Q&A!
I've seen it and even downloaded the launcher and some widgets on the phone! However i directly removed it! Didn't like!

I come from SE phone i really miss the UI(and don't like touchwiz)

Somebody ported it over to the GS2 one month ago, it worked smoothly but the problem is that Sony phone ares using 858x480 while the GS2 has 800x480, so the bottom was cut off.

i was a xperia x10 user and i used this CM7 rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1400384
So that is a CM rom with all Sony apps including timescape,phone,phonebook,messaging,setting,everything and looks and effects of sony and it also have all its CM7 functionality...
But for GS2 biggest problem is that is 800x480 and Sony Roms are of 854x480
I dont wanna the launcher. I just wanted the Timescape widget.

Timescape widget MUST be used with the SE home launcher... if not it WONT even appear in your widgets list... its hard coded to work only with their own home launcher...
To be honest, i tried getting timescape to properly work on my sgs2... almost manage to get it up, u will be going through tons of headaches and such..
Cleaned. Keep on topic.
I believe CM9 has TS themes. Though, I haven't found one that works. I'm also coming from an SE phone and really like its UI.

Their was a thread about arc s rom ported to s2 but sound was not working
Now that thread is dead and OP is removed(he says it will be released when sound is fixed)
So guys,I searched everywhere on the internet and I just found a part of the wallpapers of Xperia S including the Original Xperia Wallpapers.

This images are rather small and definitely not HD.
They are small because they have the phone resolution.!

HD = High Definition
To be HD Quality a Image/Video has to be at least 1280x720.

Guys,I already said they have the phone resolution,they are especially small because I took them from a guy which took the wallpapers from his Xperia S.Well maybe on the computers it's small and not HD but if you put them on your phone they will look like HD.
It's my matter how I send this.

in your opinion if I put the 0.587 Semcphone.apk in the build 0.431, can I get rid of the dialer lag ?
Please, someone can upload it ?
I think is only app related, there should be no problems in other parts of the system.

There is no noticeable difference in. 587 phone app as well....
Just some changes in looks I guess that's all
You could use app like ex dialer to get rid of that lag

do you know where to get a collection of dialers to make a compare?
Take a look at the "themes and app" section. Pandemic has done some mod or you can search by yourself.

well dunno what u want from your phone.. but i m very much happy with 587 if compared to 431,, even the user review abt the dialer lag is +ve

I didn't find it and no, I'm not very happy with 0.587, because it brings bad problems to Wifi thas is very very unstable !!
Now I'm searching for something in themes and apps section ...

Could you make that a ZIP to be flashed through CWM straight into the system where the other live wallpapers are ? Although this is not really a live wallpaper, there are some dots flying around The stock ones are better, moving colors and stuff, but what can you do, just wait for some really cool live wallpapers

i know this guys Live wallpaers a long time but they arent really perfect (good in my oppinion) like said below mostly only added some filters like particles etc.
but i dunno why u cant downloading; it worke d for me on Xperia mini and friends LWW, and other phone's like sII,s3 etc (from my friends) so crazy thing

No.i saw this picture from another xperia phone
It is some battery saving thing by Sony. I remember seeing it in my Ray. But it is just bloatware.

do you mean what is "a" bloatware, or what is the name of this specific app?
It is the power saving module app which Sony had kept in system/etc/products. I have attached it from Xperia Ray's .587 system dump. Enjoy.
