Was this not on the Atrix when demonstrated CES..? Not on the phone... Nor are the high end games they demonstrated.

Search tegra 2 on android market ...
There are a few Tegra 2 enhanced games on the Market, I have found Samurai II, Fruit Ninja THD, and Backbreaker THD. The THD label seems to be how they are classifying these apps.
Anyone own any thd games? Care to review?

Anyone know if gameloft games made for the Evo will work on the Evo 3D? I'd imagine they should, and should run better. Any thoughts? I'd hate to have to buy my games again.

I would imagine they would work on the EVO 3D. I have some game loft games (NOVA, NOVA 2, Splinter Cell, Hawx, and Shadow Guardian), that I was able to get running on the HTC Thunderbolt to see if they could work on the EVO 3D. NOVA 2 is still a little laggy but the rest should run well with the dual core.

No it doesn't I think he means in general a dual core phone will handle those games....
Even though nova 2 is optimized for tegra2..the " tegra2 optimized" games are working pretty well with other dual core phones I hear...

I have most of the new ones.. not modern combat 2 or that wave runner one but they ran great on my g2x... That was a tegra2 nividia chip set
But I'm almost 200% sure we will see some bad ass games come out for this device

Modern Combat 2 is pretty sweet, a lot like cod. It would be amazing if gameloft made a 3D version. I'm really hoping we get battlefield bad company 2.

Hopefully Rovio will release a 3D version of angry birds with perspective on the backdrops. Angry birds serves two purposes (1) to waste hours of your time and (2) for smartphone owners to argue about why their implementation of angry birds is best.
Im sure we will get games that are "optimized " for our phone. HTC did trademark HTC Play, and from what I understand, it will be a gamestore for HTC devices.

It's made for tegra 3.i did the same thing. I bought the regular version on my phone on Christmas and then 2 days later I got my tablet and saw the thd version.

I just bought the regular version then 20 MINS later I saw the thd version. I'm in the process of trying to get refunded. I wish when you click on the Shadowgun in the targa zone app, it takes you to the thd version but it doesn't. That's prolly messed more than a few people up.

It is actually running better for me. Weird.
I ordered my prime last night from tiger direct but I bough the Tegra 2 optimized version for my photon, now if I care enough I'll have to get a Tegra 3 optimized version sucks. Why couldn't be if you bought the T2 version you are moved in getting the T3 version
Plain and simple, this is BS and I refuse to buy it again. I may even refuse to buy the new game with multiplayer. If the idea of all this is to make money, we have to counteract it by costing them money.

The reason for this is simple: MONEY.
The proper way of doing things is to release "Shadowgun" to the Android market. If you have Tegra 2, you get the APK optimized for it. If you have Tegra 3, ditto. The same procedure can be used for supporting phone, HD tablet, and processor specific crap. App, App HD, App XHD, App THD is all crap.
It looks like Madfinger is already doing this (Shadowgun = Tegra 2, Mali-400, Adreno, and PVR) but have made the (Shadowgun THD = )Tegra 3 version a seperate package for the time being, in order to make additional profit out of the coming Tegra 3 devices. Remind me to drop Madfinger's games from my buy later list.
If there is a Tegra 4 chipset next year, I'm not sure I want to know what is going to happen. It's bull**** already.
I could understand if they wanted to bind one copy at a time on a device, but binding one processor architecture....bull.

Well it was only 5 bucks and I really wanted to see it side by side. I have no problems with either of them on prime. My phone is a g2x and the game is great on it too. ( not the tegra3 version duh!)
Besides I have repurchased items before especially ios apps that I have to have!

I bet the new version with multiplayer will be a new version so you have to buy that to and then you have paid 3 times for the same game

recently updated to ICS and downloaded the game, I'm having a lot of problems right now. Games keeps flickering and laggy also. anyone else get the same issue? How did you fix it?
I freaking love this game!!! But I was wondering if there were any games like this available for our Android phones. And if possible, any that don't require as much hardware as my phone has so that my co-worker can play on his Motorola Cliq? lol
For a cliq? No. See my sig, I've owned a cliq, but fps games like that need multitouch, and without it he's going to have to stop whenever he wants to shoot.
I also have to give praise to studio onmars for making such a great game that requires little hardware. There are no games like this that can be limited to a adreno 130 gpu and still run fine.

Oh no no no, I would also like to find games that will work for my Samsung Galaxy SIII. I was just saying that I'd also like some that would work for the Cliq, but since you said that it doesn't support multi-touch...I doubt we'll find anything else similar to CS.

Ahhh. In that case, you definitely want to try out NOVA 3 for a sci-fi type shooter (much like halo) and Modern Combat 3 for a call of duty modern warfare 3 clone. Both require over 1 GB of storage though and cost $7 each. Amazing games though. (Worth every penny but $7 is high for an app. Your choice)

you can download blitz brigade but it requires 1.10 GB of space and 2.3 or higher OS version

Works really well and smooth. Especially with Sixaxis.
IMO graphics could be better, but it is a leaked version. It's PS2ish, anyways I guess its still pretty good for handheld android games. I don't recall MC3 graphics, so it might be good to compare them to see if they have improved. Also, we have to take into consideration that there are a lot of things happening at the same time on the screen. Overall so far its been pretty cool.

It looks pretty similar to mc3, the graphics.

Hi guys , i compile the game on tf300t and the galaxy note 10.1. The Graphic on note 10.1 is very good, i can see details with the note and not with the tf300t. Why is it so? Tf300t has a tegra 3 and the note a mali 400 gpu?? An example is the first screen. Galaxy note animated fire. Tf300t nothing ??

Gameloft don't tend to optimise things very well for tegra. I think it's just that the game isn't optimised for our device and i wouldn't be too surprised if nothing is done to change that

Hmm... Yeah I wonder why gameloft never optimise for tegra..... They didn't even give a word bout it.... I mean wild blood on my friend's galaxy tab 7.7 has better detail and effects compare to on my tf300t... I think gameloft is loyal to Samsung and boycotts tegra :<

Well, Wild Blood is quite smooth but you woudnt get special effects/glows.... my dad got a Galaxy 7.7 and it has better graphics on WB compared to my TF300! -i hate gameloft-
