Hello EVO 4G LTE Forum,I'm new here coming from the EVO shift I'm having a hard time root this phone if there is anyone that would share some info on which one click root tool to use, any help would be greatly appreciated

Am I the only one tired of seeing questions being asked everywhere besides the Q&A section.?

all i have to say is people in the evo 4g LTE thread are 100 times nicer then any other thread on xda..i asked a question the other day in a diff thread cause my friend had the phone and i was tring to help and i got jumped!! hahahah! and i asked a question in the q&a's plus i seached first and even said that and they still talk ishh.. im glad to be a user of the evo LTE!! u guys are alright!:good:

Hey guys, I decided to start this because sometimes you bump into some know it all people that think you're stupid for wanting to know things. I have an EVO 3d with hboot 1.50 and I canonot flash kernels with and. Any ideas ? If anybody else has questions about the 3d, you should ask here. Maybe we can all help each other. No smart ass comments allowed.

Extract the boot.img from the kernel zip and flash it in fastboot mode "fastboot flash boot boot.img".

In that method, it tells you how to unlock it via HTC.

I got that a second ago, on another thread. I think there must be a system glitch.
Go to the 3D section, then q&a and in the app hit the stickies at the top and it will be listed there.

While this does sound like a good idea, a lot of the people that post those threads are also the people that will skip the sticky.
Most people are not going to take the time to read through every page finding their question and answer in the thread.
This is just my opinion.
