In the last months, i used a lot of APP´s of Google Play and other sources to try to solve my "problem" wich has upset me several mothns ago since i bought my new mobile.
I have a X3 iDEOS with Android 2.3.3, but i,m stuck with it about Bluetooth interaction with my carkit handsfree:
- doesn´t show the caller name (in the car or in my netbook when receive a call)
- doesn´t allow to make a call trough the mobile and redirect it (ex. pressing the steering wheel button)
* Previously i had one HTC with WM 6.1, and after i "rooted" it´s original ROM for another, the 2 items above worked well
I have my X3 at 3 months and i´m affraid of "brake is original ROM" because of the warranty right now.
Is there any guy here @ XDA, that can make the 2 things described above??
I´m willing to test, and pay a affordable price for an APP that solves this items with Android 2.3.3 :good:

I have a problem connecting my phone I9100 with my car (opel Astra H), it has on board bluetooth. The devices found each other and paired but after a few seconds, they disconect. I had the same problem with my old phone - iphone 3gs but it had a option not to sync the phonebook/contacts. With that option on, no more disconecting.
Is there a way to do the same thing with samsung galaxy s2? I have rooted my phone and even bought "bluetooth fix repair" - who require root but didnt work.
Please help me.

I don't know why you've done it, but ok, mistakes happen.

- There is a free version to test. Give your ratings there.
- I assume that if you buy the paid version it is because the fix works OK for you.
- Don't rate the Paid version as unsuccessful since the Fix is made by the Free version, not by the unlocker

No need for refund. This in not the reason why i posted the message. I have read that i may need to apply the fix more than once to obtain result and I really hopped to solve my problem.
I just want to know if i can gain acces to bluetooth settings with root or with some apps.

emmi: Please don't rate the Unlocker with 1 star only. It does what its meant for: It unlocks the free version.
About the bluetooth settings, there is no program to control them. I'm not an expert in android OS bluetooth daemons, but if you really want to "go deep" on bluetooth internals, i suggest you google it. But let me warn you: the info is not clear..

I seem to be one of the unlucky who bought an Archos 8 Home Tablet, after which I found out it's NOT listed on the support page of Archos (anymore?) and there's nothing helpfull i can find for it to get it working properly.
Before you start shouting at me what kind of noob I am .. I used the search function for about 3 hours, but all that comes up are threads about the Archos 7HT, nót the 8HT.
I found some french site (thanks to google chrome's built-in translator, because my french is very bad) which offers a custom rom for the 8HT, but when I start up RKAndroid(ENG).exe, it tells me 'no player found'. Same goes for the BatchUpgrade version of RKAndroid.
All I want is to use certain apps (such as xfire mobile (xfmobile), e-reader apps and stuff) that are not installed by default on the 8HT and which cannot be found on the AppsLib app. I also would like to have the original market to be installed.
I wonder why Archos decided to close down everything on this tablet. I paid 168 euro for this device, but I haven't had any pleasure using it so far (bought it 2 days ago). It's making me SO #&*^$ MAD.
So eh ... is there anyone who's willing to help me with it (maybe use teamviewer to do it for me or so) to get it working the way it should be ?
BTW, I followed the instructions on that french page to get it to be recognised by the RKAndroid app, but nothing works ..
It is recognised by W7 Ultimate X64 btw, but it shows the content of the 4GB internal storage.
It also doesn't show up in RKAndroid when I reset the device by clicking on the resetbutton with a paperclip ánd clicking and holding the button next to the reset-button while releasing the reset-button.
I feel hopeless. I like the 8HT more than the 7HT (which I had about 5 months ago but brought it back cuz I didnt like the 16:9 screen), because I would also like to use it as a photoframe.

I am using iGO 8.4.3 Android on my Samsung Galaxy S2. When it was on Android 2.3 it worked perfectly but since I upgraded to Android 4.0.3 I have a weird voice problem - the navigation instructions are spoken very very slow (one word then pause of 1-2 secs and then another word).
The app is almost unusable like this - when it instructs to get out of the highway, there is a chance that you can pass the exit before the app finishes the talking instructions.
I looked all over the net but I didn't find any response.
Do you have any ideea?

You're using commercial software on presumably a stock ROM, so why come to a development forum for support? Contact the company you "bought" it from.

Actually I am using it on a custom ROM - Resurrection Remix ICS ROM.
Just thought that maybe somebody else encountered the problem and know how to solve it. I am not the only one with this issue but I couldn't find any response to it ...

Just imported an Oppo Find X here in the UK - and have managed to get most things working except Android Auto. I have given Android Auto every permission I can - and shut off all battery and app freezing elements but still when I connect Android Auto to my car (which has worked find with any other Android Phone) I just get a black screen on the head unit.
Does anyone have any idea how to get Android Auto working properly? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
I bought an Oppo find x in Malaysia and use it in the UK. Android Auto works fine, although I don't use it or particularly like it. Sorry, but all I did was click on it and approve the 6 or so permissions.
The only apps I struggle with are, oddly, the clock (as the android alarm doesn't always work- but I just switched to the Oppo clock and that does) and Google Now (which works when I tap on it, but not automatically).
Is yours the global rom?
I imported one fro China and android auto doesn’t work for me either
I have thé same no Android auto to my Oppo chinese rom
Same issue on Chinese ROM, imported to UK. Screen just says to check phone compatibility.
Did anyone find a work around for the china version?

It's as near as a bricked phone you'll find software wise. I've sold mine, thank god.
I've managed to find and buy a global ROM version and can confirm Android Auto (along with everything else for that matter) works perfectly.
I have an oppo find x with China ROM, there was an OS update few weeks ago to ColorOS 5.2.1, reinstalled Android auto on Friday and it was working perfectly on my Chevy Volt
