I dont have nfc installed in my xperia sola hybrid rom by neectron.
I have tried asking neectron for help but no response.
Can someone please help me in installing nfc settings in sola locked bl with cvm.

Try Original Xperia T ROM by zohaib. It has this option under Developer Options. But I haven't found this mod as individual flashable zip... Try PMing him maybe.

Well, for your answer... Use a custom ROM. Won't work on stock ICS.
