Outside dimensions: International vs AT&T Models.... - HTC One X+

Are there any physical outside dimensional differences between the international & AT&T models? I'm looking into getting a Proclip....but the availability is international specific!

Apparently, according to the international and U.S. HTC websites, here are the sizes:
Int'l HOX+: 134.36 x 69.9 x 8.9mm
AT&T HOX+: 134.8 x 69.9 x 8.99 mm
I also looked at the Proclip website, and they do specify pretty clearly that it is NOT for the AT&T versions. Seeing as the phone is contoured, it is difficult to tell where these slightly differing values will affect the size and the fit of the holders for the marginally larger AT&T version. I'm having a hard time seeing the difference of 0.09 mm in thickness and 0.44 mm in height being very significant (it's nigh on negligible).
I've never seen or used a Proclip in person, so I don't know how much of a fit they craft for their holders. Depending on how tightly it hugs, it would probably serve you just fine.

Any external differences between S 2 models?

Probably dumb question (sorry!): Is there any exterior difference between the various 'flavors' of S2?
I'm mostly interested in differences that would affect a dock/car dock or a case as I'm about to order some stuff from the UK (mobilefun.co.uk). Now that's for the i9100, and I've got the T-Mobile variant
I'd been assuming that all S2s were the same externally (just different radios, antennas, etc.) - but now I see separate car docks for the At&T model and the T-Mobile model. I'm hoping that that's just some sort of marketing deal Samsung has with those carriers, but I thought I'd better check before making a trans-Atlantic oops.
Thanks!
I ran into the same thing with carrier specific cases. I believe the AT&T version has the speaker on the right instead of the left. Not sure about the T-mobile. Maybe check pictures/360 view on their website. They should have pics of their model not generic Samsung pics.
Good luck.
You should look up the specs of the individual phones. The T-Mobile version is bigger than the ATT and i9100 versions. From what I can tell the i9100 and the ATT versions are the same dimensionally. I'm using that ATT home and car docks with my i9100.
Yes there are some differences, especially between international models and USA versions,
for example, i've noticed a certain american version (forgot which one) has a bigger screen,
also another american version (AT&T) the buttons at the bottom of the phone are different than the international version.
Other than the internal differences ofcourse.
cheers
I found the multiple pages inside samsung's us website for the versions going to the different carriers:
t-mobile version 5.11" x 2.71" x .37" weight 4.77 display 4.52"
at&t version 5.15" x 2.75" x .37" weight 4.66 display 4.50"
sprint version 5.11" x 2.74" x .38" weight 4.60 display 4.52"
The speakers are, indeed, in different places, and the t-mobile version back is quite different, covers the entire back, including the speaker, which is on the left, as you look directly at the back.
I also ended up with a 'near field' equipped battery, so I guess there's gear to drive that as well.
Glad I asked, as I'd have ordered the wrong case from the UK. Pity as I really wanted that flip-cover screen protector, as I hate looking through screen protectors, but not nearly as much of a pity as having the wrong case in hand and trying to figure if it was worth shipping it back to the UK for a refund.
Thanks everyone!
Pleases note, that this is the wrong forum for the T-mobile SGS2, this is the right forum section.
Just a fyi before you try to flash anything and brick your phone.
Thanks! I hadn't gotten that far (still reading up - and clearly was reading up on the wrong stuff).

Will HOX case fit HOX+ ?

Assuming the HOX and HOX+ have the same dimensions, would the HOX cases fit the HOX+ ?
I don't see why they wouldn't.
I'm sure they will (at least I hope so, I've bought 2)
Sent from my HTC Desire
I've heard that it has the same dimensions as the One XL / AT&T one X

Samsung Galaxy SII T989D VS T989 Dimensions for Accessories

I'm looking for accessories such as extended battery and battery cover and case for the Koodo Samsung Galaxy SII T989D.
However all accessories available online are listed for T989 instead of the T989D.
GSMARENA reports that the dimensions are different.
http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=4468&idPhone2=4129
T989D Dimensions 131 x 67.3 x 9.4 mm (5.16 x 2.65 x 0.37 in) Weight 109 g (3.84 oz)
T989 Dimensions 129.8 x 68.8 x 9.4 mm (5.11 x 2.71 x 0.37 in) Weight: 135 g (4.76 oz)
In fact, according to gsmarena, all the SII variants have different sizes.
Has anyone found any accessories such as battery and battery covers, and case that work for the other S2s that also work for the T989D?
Some say the phones are actually identical and that the accessories are interchangeable.
If so, which ones?
This post is currently in the i9100 forums. You'll probably get better responses in the T989 forum.

[Q] Sub-Model and Case Fitment?

Been searching for a case to order so I will have it ready to go when my Note II finally ships. However, I'm seeing some information on ebay indication that some of the cases only fit the GT-N7100 model and will not fit other sub-models? I was under the impression that there was no difference is shape/size among any of the carrier variants? Can someone confirm?
Here's just one such case that I found that alludes to fitment differences among the variants.
Black Flip Case for Note II
I have heard talks about the edges may being different, but I really doubt it. This hasn't been confirmed and from the leaked pictures the phones look exactly the same. I'm pretty sure the only reason the USA has different models is due to carrier frequencies and technologies (GSM & CDMA).

I hope you're right and am keeping my fingers crossed. However, it does give me pause in pre-purchasing some accessories for the phone.
I was hoping there was a way to use the front cover with replacement battery door and a case but it looks impossible unless someone made one specifically for it. You would think Samsung would have had the genius to design one.

[Q] Which cases will work with the AT&T One X+?

Hello, I have bought myself a HTC One X+ AT&T version yesterday.
The cases that were being sold for the One X+ at the AT&T store weren't too elegant, and I would like to know whether or not:
The International One X+ cases will fit with the AT&T One X+,
The International One X cases will fit with the AT&T One X+, and
The AT&T One X cases will fit with the AT&T One X+.
Also, would the extended battery cases for the International One X fit with the AT&T One X+?
I am sorry if I am posting this thread in the wrong section, I clicked the "Yes, this thread is a Question!" checkbox before posting in the accessories forum and it told me to post here.
HTC One X and One X+ both have the same dimensions. I know HTC has been quoted as saying they have the same exact body dimensions, but I'm far too lazy to actually find the referfence (as I stumbled on it during a 3am internet binge). But:
From HTC One X spec page
SIZE: 134.36 x 69.9 x 8.9 mm
From HTC One X+ spec page
SIZE: 134.36 x 69.9 x 8.9mm
Also for what it's worth, I had an AT&T HOX that I'd bought a case for a week before they announced the HOX+ release. I returned the HOX and ordered an AT&T HOX+. The case fits it perfectly, as does the screen protector. As far as I can tell they have identical exterior dimensions.
I got this skin, - fits perfectly.
