what parameter, what value, on what file i need to edit to make GLOVE MODE always on all the time?

It does not.
I have a problem with Demo mode in Sony Xperia Z ultra ,the screen saver (demo video) is automatically and continue keep on playing whenever I connect the usb cable for battery charging or lock screen it's make me too much annoying and how to disable it.

I have tried the Glove Mode and pen/pencil can flip pages or open apps but not writing notes (it breaks a lot when I try to draw a line)
Is this a software issue and it can be enable or it is a hardware issue that cannot be fix?

I have a sony xperia z. The screen broke and I had to replace. the problem is the screen that is all too clear (white). with the app "filter your screen" the colors are correct.
The problem is when using the mobile phone, failure APP, i have to reopen the App and activate again
is there any way to change the direct values in the system? Someone can pass me the location of the display drivers?
