They get to rootexplorer in app and lib and give permissions

Unzip the rar file then take SMemo.apk and SMemoProvider.apk to system > app put it there
Take from the lib folder libdhwr.so and libtfapps.so to system > lib put it there

Okay, tried it...and have to admit that this is just SUPER GREAT! Perhaps you want to modify your OP a bit, just for "marketing purposes". S-Memo misses some functions of S-Note of course, but the only thing I´m really missing is the palm-recognition.
Beside that: The app itself MUCH faster than S-Note, opens MUCH faster, no lag, nice widget...just great to have both!

If you want a S4 theme, you can get it from my thread. Its for adw launcher. Its themed like the S4 Launcher and I recently made it for 1.6+ as earlier it was only for 4.0+. Enjoy!

Thank u sir fr ur kind heart....i'll try diz..... :good::good::good::good: Sir is dat possible to port Original s4/s3 launcher for galaxy y and other low-end phone?????? if u can do it our all low-end phone users will be versy happy.... bcz i saw lots of requests fr diz also in facebook!!! still there isn't a launcher like dat for sgy:fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:

It is possible to theme a launcher to look like S4 launcher. But porting real s4 launcher for this device... I'm not so sure about this.

i think better think to do is modify the MINIMALIST s3 launcher..... it has little problems...
1.should have a option to arrange the icon order in app drawer(customize)
2.should make the all widgets little bit big(bcz in launcher its very small)
datz it..... other things in there r great :good::good:

Moded "Android 4.2 Launcher backported to Jelly Bean" http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1968309 with auto rotate mod. You have to enable Auto rotation. I have just enabled "allow_rotation" in bools.xml.
-installation:
Dowload the file.
Put it in sdcard or main memory.
Getting into cwm or TWRP.
flash.
Restart.

No it will not replace TW launcher it will be second launcher.. You have option between them just clear default in setting-apps-all-TouchWiz when required.

Since you are on a stock ROM and that too 4.1.2 .. that's why maybe the launcher doesn't work.. but I am glad that the circles work.. for me they are a piece of beauty

Oh man!! I was wishing it would work... too bad.. Looks like we'll have to wait till motorola officially releases 4.3 for the ULTRA
UPDATE: @niksy+ I tried the launcher and widget on Kayant's PA 4.3 and it worked... Maybe you should try again..
I just wanted to say thanks for this launcher+circle widget. I uninstalled the old Razr M's launcher+circle widget in order to use this one, and it runs without any problems in my Nexus with crDroid rom (based on CM10.2).
Only issue (doesn't matter though) is that circle widget is above the Google Search bar.

I tried it on 4.3 PAC & it works.. You should try for yourself.. Just take a nandroid backup as a precautionary step

first of all I don't think this will work on 3rd part launchers and the second thing ... you know this zip is CWM Flashable right?
All the files will be installed as system apps and files... If you haven't done this before I recommend you not trying it..
