So I have read that there is a new "security" update out for our phone. Has anyone updated to it and if they have were they able to unlock the bootloader again using the Adam Outler Suck It Verizon exploit?

I have a unlockable bootloader Xperia S, but for warranty & DRM key reasons, I am currently refraining from unlocking the bootloader. I have however rooted it.
My question is, can I keep root using OTA Root Keeper, so when OTA updates arrives root stays?
You should be able to.
I am using the exploit from Chainfire for root and want to use the Note 2 toolkit. I see it says you must have an unlocked bootloader to use toolkit.I also see the post by Adam to unlock it but have no idea where to start since the video contradicts the OP itself with the files indicated.
Is there a link to simply change the bootloader for Verizon?
Thanks

Previously, we used toolkit to unlock, root, and flash custom recovery. The ability to unlock the device was the huge benefit of using toolkit. However, toolkit cannot unlock the bootloader if there is a restriction on it. Adam is the first person who unlock the bootloader successfully (he's our savior!!!). It seems like as of right now, we can only unlock the device manually via Adam's method. So the toolkit doesn't do the huge deal for us, and it's pretty much useless.
Hello everyone. I just purchased an HTC One on AT&T. I want to root it, which from everything I have heard, means that I have to unlock the bootloader. I have no interest in flashing custom ROMS, I just want to use root apps like Titanium Backup and Wireless tether. If anyone knows about an exploit that allows for root without bootloader unlock, please let me know.
I also want to unlock the SIM/carrier lock via an unlock code. What I want to know is:
Should I do the SIM unlock first, then the bootloader unlock? Or the other way around?
Once the SIM/carrier lock is removed, will the bootloader unlock process have any effect on it?
Thank you,
Nick
Motochopper supposedly will root without bootloader unlock. Revone will grant s-off, allowing bootloader unlock without involving Htcdev. Sim unlock is unrelated and not affected by any of this.
Quad root exploit, for root and head way on unlocked bootloader on AT&T, VZW, ETC...?
Howdy,
So my phone (xt1527) keeps asking me to update but I wont because I'm hoping the quadroot exploit might turn into somthing on this device. Is this exploit a viable opportunity to gain root and use it to obtain an unlocked boot loader?
Seeing as Asus nuked the unlock tool which has been down for over a month is there any 'unofficial' method.
