I also have the Sense UI. And lots of errors too.

- Flashed B1 - means adding something
So the cleaner should be flashed after flashed B1, so it has something to delete.
About the display & button select option 3, I believe TAM means the the third options on Recent apps button (Press for recent apps, press and hold for menu) not the Stay Awake.
What I can understand here from what I read, there is no other launcher in the ROM.zip. Before you run the cleaner zip, you need to download a launcher from Play Store first such as Apex Launcher or Nova Launcher or whatever that you preferred.
So basically:
1. Flash B1
2. Display & Button, recent apps button choose option 3
3. Download a launcher from Play Store (Apex Launcher or Nova Launcher or whatever that you preferred)
4. Reboot to recovery, run the cleaner zip (to remove Rosie.apk I think - so you must have a launcher installed before removing Rosie)
5. run the mod pack (add more AOSP style mod I think)
6. reboot, you are done.

Installed R3 cleanly, flashed the new B1 above it then the mod pack. But I am getting "Unfortunately Contact Storate has stopped" error.
Update : Once I force stopped and cleared the data of the program "Contacts" and "Contacts Storage" everything is working fine. Thanks a lot.

Guys This is a seperate ROM from Sense Revolution R3! Flash B1 then finish the setup then go to Settings---->Display and Buttons---->Press the 3rd option. Then reboot to recovery then flash the MOD pack and enjoy ​

Contacts are incorporated into it including some libs for the gallery and more to make more simple System files and libs that are needed for the ICS apps to run are incorporated in B1 and these are not present in R3

I don't really know, but I guess it is.
It's a stripped down version of R3, lots of useless apps deleted.
