The fonts work fine on my XPERIA Arc (LT15i), so they should on the Arc S (LT18i) and other 2011 XPERIA phones. Maybe they would on other Android devices, too. They're meant for rooted ICS ROMs, and I'm not certain if they would work on Jelly Bean. Still, as a precautionary measure, make sure you take a CWM backup before you flash any of these fonts so you'd be able to recover in case you were to end up in a boot loop.
IMPORTANT: All credits go to LiquidSolstice/Kevin2516 for the flashable zip. I just did some minor edits to the fonts to have them work with ICS, and replaced the originals in the zip.
Note: If you want to go back to the original font, just flash the Roboto zip that I've included. I'll be uploading more as I create further zips.

Tried Sony Sketch. Unfortunately, it doesn't turn up well. The height's too small, and it's a little too elongated. It used to look good on the K800i/K850i and other feature Sony phones, but it didn't look nice on the Arc.

It might require the album app and semc photeditor .apk to change the wallpaper Install the album app from the one rizal lovis has provided in the apps section ..check the zip with winrar ..it might have photoeditor too ..just flash it ..take a CWM backup first

What are you talking about? we are requesting Z3 Home and Widgets ported to JB 4.1+ devices like Xperia P\U\Sola
The apk's in the zip you provided doesn't work... when try to install normally gives "Parsing Error" and if moved to system/app with rw-r-r permission stuck on boot-loop..
Only weather widget and world clock widget got installed.. not sure even those two works, because got stuck on a boot-loop after rebooting system and now re-flashing the ROM again..
