If you want to keep root-access: flash any official firmware
If you don't want to keep it: look for guides to unroot your device. These guides are already available on xda so please search.

Your first problem is, you can't read or follow simple instructions.
Goto the thread link in my previous post, go to the first page and follow the instructions carefully
You don't need root to do what you are looking for.
Good luck

Hes basically wanting spoon fed.He abandoned his first thread, and a guy kindly offered to help him via pm in his second thread(god knows if he took up the offer).
Looks like he wants step by step instructions on how to use odin also.

Hello guys
I have a S3 i9300 uk locked to three network and it has xxdlj1 build and NEDLI1 base. I need to root it but keep the branded 3 firmware and unlock it.
Iv seen the links around and most of them tell you to install custom rom first and then root with a file.
Can I just root it and not install new firmware ( its on 4.1.1). im new to this stuff and iv read a lot on the forum with a lot of help around.
Thanx for the help appreciate it.

Iv rooted my s3 using cf root 6.4 ( not auto). Its on 4.1.1. now i know that 4.1.2 is out i really like the multi tasking feature and really want to update.
The only thing is that i want to unroot know but im not sure where to start. iv read up on this site to unroot s3 i9300 (galaxys3root) and i want to go back to stock firmware. I want everything gone also the root(supersu, cwm manager also the aptoide and stuff like that. Basically so the warranty is intact again.
the method shown is it good and is it compatible with the way i have rooted? Galaxys3root
since my phone is branded to 3 network in uk can i install unbranded firmware so the 3 start up sign goes away or shall i stick to same firmware.
Appreciate the help the people give on here. Thanx alot

What phone do you have has to be the first question .
Second question is what are you trying to achieve by flashing roms .

Sounds like the unlock you used wasn't a permanent one, find your carrier Rom and flash that with Odin.....then get a proper/permanent unlock code

True, but don't even think about asking us to deliver a guide, I mean, there's like 1.580 guides on how to root 4.0.4, 4.0.3, yada, yada, yada.

You can use framaroot to root your phone. I think it is still better to use Chainfire's CF Auto root method or flash custom kernel with odin if you have access to a computer.
