SamMobile had just announce on their Twitter yesterday that the update 4.2.2 for S3 and Note II got delayed because of TouchWiz issue..
SamMobile has confirmed that no one knows the exact date of release of 4.2.2 of Notes 2

NEVER. The Note 2 will be skipping 4.2.2 and go straight to 4.3 in October.

Question:
If the stable Google Edition rom and stable 10.1 Cm were both flashable right now but also very similar in performance, which one would you flash and why?
Consider that both roms also have ir working.

Cm for me. Its been awhile since I was on a stock android rom(gnex) but all the cm tweaks is what I prefer.. I don't think stock android is as customizable

Themes on cm as well as the tweaks would put cm way ahead for me assuming full functionality on both

I saw that sprint users received 4.4.2 update. Can I install it on my international s3 9300 that runs on 4.1.2 ?
Thanks

No, the hardware is totally different. If you want 4.4 them try a custom rom.
