Was wondering which has faster data speeds on this phone I had the att/straight talk but speeds are ridiculously slow. So I was actually willing to pay this outrageous monthly price. But now im second guessing it.

It depends on what area you are in. Some places do better with AT&T, some with T-Mobile. Either way, if you're using the VZW version on either carrier (or their network), you may not get the fastest speeds as it doesn't support all GSM frequencies used in the US.
Maybe im better off selling and getting the att version since in my arwa both work and home they have the best signal . And I need my 4g

You may be able to trade someone an AT&T version for a VZW version.

Ok the trouble I'm having is slow data, and don't know if its the phone or the service. I do a speedtest, and I'm pulling down a dismal 241kbps! Meanwhile I watch the guy on android central do the same test on at&t and he get 7mb down no problem.
I don't get this since the lumia 920 I had was blazing! Can anybody tell me what's going on? Thanks in advance

Out of curiosity is anybody running their Note on simple mobile's unlimited everything plan? If so, what's your experience with the data speeds? Do you or have you been throttled? Is there a speed cap? How's the service overall?? I might want to switch over but I'd like some honest opinions on their services first. Thanks in advance guys.

Don't lol. I have had the misfortune of using Simple. Yes they throttle, cap data and in My area in Sacramento dropped calls.
I wouldn't do it.

Damn dude thanks yo.. seems like there's nothing prepaid that don't f**k you over then lol.. well actually, I saw this company called platinum tel and the have unlimited everything for 50 and the first 2gb at high-speed 4g and 2g after that.. might peep that out first now lol.. again thanks man shout out to Sac town I used to live out there ha.

nope - but it's ATT branded, so ATT has the sim unlock code for the device. hopefully they'll give it to you, but they like to not do that til the device has been out a while. If they don't, there are plenty of services available on the web

It doesn't come with apps, apps need have chromecast capabilities. Don't think red box does.
