Help Guys...i live in Greece,Europe....When i bought DNA..i couldn't get data connection...in stock ruu...now i was hoping that with ViperDna i could get data connection...but nothing.....any help?do i need to change any setting?

The DNA on supports 850/900/1900/2100 MHz so im guessing since the 1800 isn't supported you are not getting data. Is there any way you could check if it is just the phone being broken?? Also im not an expert with ROMs but i dont think a ROM would fix this issue.

I just rooted my phone with the cryogen mod but now I don't get 3g connection except rare occasions where it flickers. Is there a way to fix this?

it's h because he's connected to an hspa (h) tower instead of a utms tower (3g). but he will not EVER get 4g speeds on the 3g vibrant.

H is 3.5g, utms is 3g. If you can get h (which on CM7 is actual h and not just replacing the 3g .PNG files with an h .PNG), then you'll get faster speeds.
But do keep in mind, to get Tue hspa+, you need on of T-Mobile's new 4g phones because that new hardware supports the new theoretical speed limits.

Download the "Phone Info" app from the market. It allows you to choose between 3g and 4g.
I was wondering the same thing. If theres no toggle, does it automatically go to the highest/best available data stream?

I have wondered why this guy toggle 4g to 3g. Only reboot was the solution to me.
But that is good to know.
Actually i use a razr xt910 . But it is in 2g networks while my friends razr is in a 3g one. We have the same flat. I had a sim and made it to a micro sim, did i maybe destroyed sth on the card or is oit software related? I use aokp full throttle,but i have the same Problem with stock ics...

Did you try looking into the "mobile networks option" under "wireless and settings". If it seems so obvious that you've already done it, then I apologize.
Does your friend got the same network as you? You can force it to set 3g only in the setting.

All other things working fine, but there is no signal, and continuously gets searching for service, and when I try manual operator selection, it show "Connection unavailable"..
Pls help me....its urgent...

we cant read minds. more info what baseband firmware. what rom are you using google voice are you using sprint vvm. we need more info to help bro.
There may be an option in the settings to send all calls to voicemail during an active data connection, see if its checked

I'm running a sense ROM... Its under settings>call>ddtm mode
Yeah, I looked at that in settings and it was not checked. I just did a light re-flash of this rom, and they're still going to VM.

It happened to me, but my issue was extra ordinary since I would get calls with aosp-based roms. I had to take it to sprint and they said it was due to signal handoff issue between towers.
