Hi all,
I've just gotten a Samsung Galaxy S2 from a friend, and was just wondering if I could get some help in installing some good ROMs?
I was looking to install the latest Resurrection Remix ROM, but I don't know if I'm on a safe kernel to do a full wipe as required by the ROM :/
My phone was rooted using the Stock CWM- Flash SU and Busybox method.
My phone model details are below:
GT - I9100
Android 4.0.4
i9100XXLQ6
Kernel: 3.0.15-I9100XWLPT-CL941023
Build: IMM76D.XWLPT
Thank you very much in advance!

Hello,
Can someone make a mod or is one there already (I searched could not find one) that would make my battery show % of charge left on stock BULP6 ROM.
I know there is some for deodexed roms like this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1434061&highlight=crt-off+animation
but I want it on my stock ROM. I just have CF-root, everything else it's stock.
My phone runs:
PDA: I9100BULPC
PHONE: I9100BULP6
CSC: I9100VODLP8
I would like something like this:
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

}

How about doing it yourself: UTO Kitchen
Not sure if it helps but just un-boxed my new SGS2 with ICS from Vodafone Ireland which has BULP6... I don't know but you might just be able to look for what you need on xx***
Hi everyone,
I have a GS2 I9100 with the following:
Android Version: 4.0.4
Baseband: I9100XXLQ6
Kernel Version: 3.0.15-I9100XWLPT-CL941023
The phone is rooted using a very old PhilZ kernel - "PhilZ-cwm6-XWLPT-XEU-2.5-signed.zip"
I have CWM Recovery version 6.0.1.4 installed.
I would like to install this ROM but have no idea where to start.
Is my phone safe from brickbug? Do i need a different kernel first before ROM?
Yes, you're safe.
No, you don't another kernel.
Look what you can find on that thread:

Data about phone:
Model number: SCH-R530U
Baseband version: R530UVXUBMJA
I tried to downgrade phone with ODIN but here's an error I get:
{

It's United Kingdom (H3G) firmware.
Which firmware should I use to downgrade this phone without the error?
Edit:
Ok. My bad. This phone is CDMA only and I won't use it as GSM. Sorry!
