I accidentally deleted my stock ics rooted backup. Can someone provide me with one, so that i can easily switch to ics from miui?

Hello, I have a galaxy s3 rooted with cwm 5.5 something and I'm using revolution Rom by Mike based on JB. I wanted to do backup so I'd be able to recover it at some point in the future, however it says that it can't backup system somehow, shall I update cwm through ODIN and then check?

I had a stock ICS ROM backed up but when I went to restore it it said md5 sum mismatch and won't restore. Can anyone link me to a i717D telus ICS ROM?

Did you rename your backup? If you did make sure there were no spaces in the file name.
Omfg I literally feel retarded.. noon mistake. Ahah but ya I renamed it to stock ICS. That's where I made a mistake -.-

The JB ROM allows you to go back if the rom is packaged as zip package valid for BMM flashing. If it's an official sbf file you can't because of cdt update.

This is stock rooted flashable zip.
Downloaded and flashed stock but I noticed on my internal memory is about all used up. It looked like all my old info was still there is there away to get all my info back or do I have to erase the internal memory and start over.
