I tried to make this ROM to be more smooth and lite for daily usage for our Xperia U users

Instructions:
1. Wipe Data/Factory Reset ,Cache and Dalvik
2. Download ROM
3. Flash C.1.0 Firmware
4. Install ZIP from CWM
5. Reboot and Enjoy

Xperia Z themes included bro
Will add addons pack today with those I was getting errors with these apps so I went with stock XU player

I installed c.1 T-mobile frimware. And copied your rom to the root directory. I am stuck. Can you please help me how to proceed from here. How can I install cwm?

My feedback, so far:
Likes: Bootanimation
Dislikes: Red and blue frame on settings menu(screams "amateur" all over, no offense)
Shutdown "Sony Make believe" animation sucks, especially having that red vertical line at left
Will test more. I hope phone calls work good...

yes its the same with mee the rom is ausum, only require sum UI changes...

It's not about mistakes, it's about of a divergence in personal preferences :good:
