Today I build the kernel which is GT-I9100_ICS_Opensource_Update4.zip from opensource.samsung.com
I have extracted initramfs from stock rom and merged again with my kernel.
but It hang on Samsung splashscreen,
Is this source working with I9100 ICS 4.0.3?
I don't want to start with Moded Kernel,
Please let me know the proper or previous discussion thread for this issue
HI, I was wondering if anyone wanted to add a new device to their Source or AOSP Developing. See, me and alot others have a device known as the Samsung Dart. It is a sister varient of the Samsung Galaxy Mini. The reason I'm asking for someone to compile roms for it is that it still runs android 2.3! The Samsung Galaxy Mini is running Android 4.2. It doesn't matter if you don't own the device! I'm a very good rom porter, so I'm just asking for a DEV Rom. Something to get progress started. I was wondering if anyone could help. I have the links to the source for the Dart. Im just asking for a ics or jellybean port.
If your interested here you go:

If you are interested in porting cwm recovery, here is CWM 5.0.2.6 for the dart(scroll down):

This a list of all the official stock ROMs from Samsung available for the Samsung Galaxy Mini/Dart (SGH-T499):

And sense the Samsung Dart doesn't have it's own XDA, Here is the forum to post your roms:

Hello XDA members. I have few questions for you as I wasn't able to find answers in other threads.
I wan't to modify stock ROM for the Samsung Galaxy Xcover ( Android 2.3.6 ). I just wan't to replace stock apps with ones from AOSP ROMs' but I don't know if ROM will flash then and if I could brick the device. I wan't to modify ROM because it's slow ( TW ).

Also, how can I port CM to this device as there's no source code. I wan't to create at least JellyBean ROM for it and get rid of TouchWiz
