I don't know of any app like that, but did you try Chainfire3D to see if it helps with your flash problems?

No luck with chainfire.

As has been said by Lexord, flash works in CM7 (or should!). Just wondering what you'd think of wiping your phone and installing a fresh version of CM7 (I'd recommend 7.2)
If you decide to go down this route then the steps you'll need to follow are:
Download a fresh version of CM7.2/Gapps and install them on your sd card
Perform a full system wipe (go to mounts and storage and format System, Data, Osh, PreInstall and Cache)
Install Cm7.2 zip & Gapps
Restart phone
Use stock browser initially and see if you can watch flash videos
If not, download dolphin browser and dolphin video from the play store and see if that works.
Let us know how you get on with that :cyclops::good:

I just got a clean cm7 following your advice.
Thnx to all. To test always used youtube and now realize that the problem is just with youtube any other load like it should. Any fix to youtube?

Glad to see that you have that working now. YouTube app does that for me as well (not sure why). As a workaround I use (look for this in market) 'Super Video player for Dolphin' . I am not sure if it will work on it's own (without dolphin browser) but you can see. When you download it select 'online' and it will take you to youtube and you should be able to watch videos there.

I don't have problem downloading files with Opera Mobile 11. Make sure you also install Flash Player as 2.3 supports it.

i mean redownload again that rom and try again to flash it in recovery mode

Ignore the guide you're following and instead flash Siyah (.tar version) via ODIN and download mode.
Once you have flashed Siyah boot back into recovery, wipe data/factory reset and then flash whatever rom you want to use.
PS. In future use search, You could have got your answer by simply searching for "Status 7".
If you can, speak in spanish or french pls xD

It cleary states in the picture you gave. Common sense would dictate that you try searching for some of the things that the error says on devcie.

You need to do wipe data/factory reset in recovery.
Also if you want help please provide relevant info like what kernel and rom you have flashed?!?!?!

Which version of Siyah!?
Which version of SuperNexus!?
Have you booted into recovery and wipe data/factory reset?
Have you tried re-flashing rom?
Have you tried re-flashing kernel?
When on boot logo did you give it time to configure system? Sometimes it can be on boot logo for a while before booting to rom.

[Q] Updating

Once rooted should I disable updates or should I continue to accept Amazon updates?
I'd like to believe the updates will improve the OS but I'm not sure at all if that's actually the case.

There is a nifty trick, the app "Android Firewall" can be used, you can use the android cowboy website to find out how it works.

I concur. Firewall does nothing to block updates.

Nope. BUT if you have SS instaled from both stock & working rom slot, it cannot complete the update. That means you reboot into SS & just reflach older bin (complete bin, not the stripped version from Hash) & then flash supersu & update your build.prop to reflect the new version.

So basically you're saying, if I'm on stock rom and have SS installed and my device gets updated automatically. I can still go back to SS and restore it to older version and get my root access?

Camera Bug

Hello i am using 5.0.2 stock rooted and it keeps saying camera busy how do I fix this thank you
Sent from my MotoE2(4G-LTE) using XDA Free mobile app
Hmmm did you flash super su? If so, I can think of three ways to solve it.
1.- you can install selinuxmodechanger and change it to permissive (it might not work)
2.- I heard camera works if you flash the newest version of super su
3.-If you update to 5.1 camera works even if you flash super su
Enviado desde mi MotoE2(4G-LTE) mediante Tapatalk
I changed to permissive but it still never worked and my supersu is up to date i think i check playstore for latest version and up to date
Sent from my MotoE2(4G-LTE) using XDA Free mobile app
Hmmm then you should flash 5.1 US retail... It works for sure. I'm currently using that firmware. Otherwise you'll have to survive without root or.. Try squid's kernel, people say camera works with it

please post link for 5.1 stocks firmware works for lte xt1523 BR variant, im not have soak and dont have access to 5.1 stock firms, thx
Trying this

A few days ago I read that a beta of super su (the last one) fixes this bug.. Maybe if you flash this instead you won't need to do something else

Camera is working and tested with latest supersu beta 2.49 and selinux permissive change downloaded from google play store
Hi there, I bought a motoE2 (xt1524) for my wife and I unlocked and rooted at day one, just in case ... I didn't expected a camera bug related to root [emoji20]
I flashed last Super Su beta (2.49) but this didn't fix the camera issue ... Should I flash back stock recovery and re-lock bootloader? Will this operation wipe user data?
Sent from my 1+1 using Tapatalk
I had this problem and flashed the beta version of Super SU and Squid's kernel via TWRP, wiped, and
PROBLEM SOLVED!
So far...

Partitions like in windows?

First, like always, sorry for my English.
I want to know if we can create a partition like we make on windows for "backup" some folders. For when installing a new ROM.
(I miss SD card!!)
So we format internal storage for a clean install but don't touch the other "new" partition with our data (pics, ringtones, roms, mods, docs, etc...)
I hope someone understand what I try to write.

I think so but im not the person to ask. Ill talk to some devs and if any know how to do this ill lead them to this post.

Nope
The partition is in the pit file and cannot be modified as you wish
Nandroid is good enough for you to backup, via a custom recovery
