My contract with sprint is up on 2/1. Thinking about getting this phone with Sprint. Are they shipping jelllybean? And should i get this phone?

but in all seriousness it basically unlocks your phone and allows for complete ownership over the product without being locked down by carrier or manufacturer

Normally I'd refrain from this type of behavior but..
Obvious troll is Obvious.
Why come here asking about what you can do with a rooted phone when you've got experience flashing CM7 to your CDMA hero? The "EVO 3D CDMA Development" Sub forum is for ROM/Kernel releases not Q&A. There's a specific Q&A Section where this question has been asked in this thread and answered Here in post # 2.
