yes, I looked at all of this before I posted.
But they doesn't belong to my region ( Egypt ) in middle east and north africa.
but.. I read a post before about changing SI-number - if I'm not mistaken - then repair via PC companion to get the right version for your country
So.. If there is anyone can help me in anyway Of both ( extracting xperia mini tft or changing SI number )
I'll be pleased

I think there is one, but old version with different SI number. the current build number is .587
And I tried before, relocked, rooted, then edited build prop with my SI number ( 1225 - 8747 )
but pc companion won't update because it can't find the firmware for me.
I hope someone can put me on the right way to do this.
And I know, I set the system language To English not Arabic.
Having my original firmware beside me makes me feel relaxed LOL ( I just want it back ) , Also there is a news about a new update for ICS for us, So If the news is right and not fake. I want to be ready to receive the proper ota
check this: New Xperia firmware with build no. 4.1.B.1.13

Sadly I can say, nothing work like stock rom
I was using JB roms and update it every 7 days, but later I get sick of it.
If I want JB with new features as google now and good performance . I lose Camera , Radio with track ID and power button , FB inside Xperia , sync with contacts... etc and vice versa.
So If they provide an update ( even with minor changes ) it is good for me. Because I have to use stock rom.

Just my opinion, but GB is way better than ICS. No lags and games are more compatible.
Currently using Rage kernel 3.0 GB for Active and Spartan ROM 2.2 Final - Best combo for me.
Yhu right buddy, GB still tha best but ICS aint bad too... Now with less lag!!!! Just like Windows XP (GB) & Windows 7 (ICS).......
Little suggestion; OP why not check Developers Sub-forum for .581 thread link & post dem on OP!!!

It's true but, lots of other bugs like led doesn't work for any type of notification , camera lag etc.
I've heard a lot of people say that the notification LED doesn't work but I've just updated to .587 with Wotanserver (generic central europe 3 - no ICS for the UK yet) and the LED works fine. I'm using an app called Light Manager.

If you're on a stock rom it's normal that your ray isn't smooth and doesn't auto flash. Sony (in my opinion and many, many others) failed to develop a good ice cream sandwich(android 4.0.x) update. My ray isn't smooth either. They surely added some great new features and improvements compared to gingerbread(android 2.3.x), but the speed, smoothness and so on aren't what they are supposed to be. If this realy bothers you, you can downgrade your ray back to gingerbread, use a custom rom or install some tweaks that improves speed etc. But to do this your phone must be rooted. Further i don't think there's much you can do
The absence of auto-flash is normal because, well, to be precise, our Rays only have torches which are either on or off. So basically when you want to enlighten your environment during picture taking the only option you have is to just turn on that damned lantern and blind everyone unfortunate enough to be there

You're from Bangladesh?
If you bought the phone a week ago, you should be using GB, not ICS.
Flash it to ICS and root.
And if you want it to be really smooth, use custom roms.
And Ray doesn't have a flash, just an LED.
I'm from Bangladesh too

From your last post, look like you know some stuff so I assume you're on techy side of wildfire user.
But the ICS 4.0.4 for Ray is official from Sony and it's run pretty good, there's no reason to stay with GB. You should try update to .587 before trying anything else, large chance there's no need for anything else but newer stock rom from Sony. Do the update as Sony instruction first.

Hey everybody,
I just talked to Achotjan about if he could make hes rom Semc Debrand Engine for Xperia Ray and I did get the answer that hes phone that he did use for developing is broken and he need a new one. He told me that he may port jellybean directly from the new Xperia devices and also that this is the best way to get a unofficial update for our phones.
This is the actual pm I did receive from him:
Hi the problem is that its hard to developpe even for xperia Arc , i have a Arc but its damaged no gsm and sdcard slot not working thats why the developement is lowed down , now i am focusing more on 2010 line of xperia to finish the GB version it will be soon final and will creat the SemcDebrandEngine website , uploading now all my work on ul.to to have somme mony to be able to buy a new xperia 2011 line device
if xperia ray comunity are able then you could creat a thread in general forum for donation to help me to buy a device, if i have the device i will gladly devloppe on it , and it wil not take long, you could see 2010 line is too old but i am still working on them to bring latest update before leave
2011 line will not have any other sony firmware update so you are right best alternative is SDE, cause even if new JB firmware will be on 2013 xperia line i can creat the rom and update the firmware of the phone
cheers

Should we start a donation to help him get his phone repaired so we can get a new developer that will help us get really good roms? I think so, but what do you users think about this?
I don't want to be rude mate but I think there is no point of having him working him on ray because it is still an unofficial port so its like pac and cm10 but slightly or even no difference..... Well you asked for an opinion and that's mine.... Sorry and thanx

But have you heard about debrand engine? Its a rom with fully functioning UXP from Xperia S and it may be updated to Jellybean.
He also said that he may port the official update for other phones to Xperia Ray
And btw, we dont have FXP anymore so we need new devs, and he is a recognized developer, he have made roms for almost all 2010-2011 xperias.

Oh surprised that you did all these things for X8. Flashing it to my X8. By the way did you plan building stock replacement rom for Xperia 2011 range as you did for X10? I think everyone who dont need cm stuff would love it, because it would be an exact unofficial sony update. Respect and thanks for everything you did for X8, ChongWiZ. Hope your Arc will be fixed soon.

the problem heare is not that its impossible, the idea that xperia x8 could have SemcDebrandEngine and based on xperia 2012 line that was "impossible" but we know that everithink is possible it just need time and work, but FXP couldnt take too much time on that device cause supporting too many devices, the problem is that he havent the time for that
but if i start to work on ray then it will not be on cm10.1 or cm10, but CM9
