FYI - I had to rename the libwiperjni.so from what it is in the dump to prevent a FC on it when booting up - I didn't download the ROM, but wanted to make sure you knew if you didn't rename it without the "_v02" on the end . . . .

Nice rom in my opinion, few things still in Chinese like "GoMarket" and "Chinese XDA", I am still monitoring the battery life, will report back.
Somehow linkpac and nenamark scores are much lesser compared to the original 1.22.707.2. Tried running the official RUU too after flashing this ROM but still got the 155 error. Looks like we will be stuck here for awhile

since it bring your wifi back you can pull the bcm4329.ko from system>lib>module.
put that file into another (non working wifi) roms will fixed your wifi.

its a stock rooted rom speed is good and so is battery, I kept it for quite a while, try it it won't let u down, hope this helps.

i'm using hnt20 patch for RTL, work graet on any rom that i put on my phone.

Which ROM are you using?
any deodexed rom (like the one x is making) can use this software to install rtl support, also bold heb fonts.
you should run it when you in cwm mode in recovery mode.

okey now when I am on recovery mode, I stoped at the last step when I have to select a zip from sd card. I copied it in the external sd card, the sdcard was detected as i could see other folders but not the zip file. why?

The apk that I posted is from KL1 India release, but it is deodexed. That should be the only difference from yours.

Just boot into CWN - wipe cache and dalvik - install from sd - select your rom - reboot

Why do people just do all the work for people ? He was given the answers and could of done it on his own... Now if it happens again he'll be back on here asking someone else to do his work!! If it was difficult or writing code fair enough... But not being able to sort that is just being lazy - no offence op... Just true!!! Learn from your mistakes ??? Nah y bother

totally agree, and just look at how the guy that DID give him the file didnt even get a thanks... nice...
Well im not fussed about the thanks but he should solve his camera problem and he will be able to restore all his information on his phone once connected bck up to kies. And most ppl have a google account for contacts so he would get them bck once sign bck into google acciubt through his phone... Jd job done

Exactly .... They just expect someone to do it for them... Makes me laugh when people download a custom Rom, expect there to be 0 bugs... And when there is, they demand a fix.. Without donating - the cheek of it lol

as title states. my s5 is on the way but it wont be here til thursday
i have a base rom stock/root/deodexed/knox free ready togo but need someone willing to test flash it.
everything is installed by-name instead of by partition numbers so there is 0 chance of a brick it should work on any variant of the s5 other than exynos.
let me know if u got some time and are willing to test flash for me so i can post

nothing to mess up if you arleady are rooted via autoroot then u tripped knox if for some reason rom doesnt work all you have todo is odin the stock tar that is in this forum and reroot with autoroot.
there really isnt much that could go wrong with this build.
only 2 possibilites is see maybe happening is
1. the update binary isnt correct and therefore fails before it even flashs
2. root might not stick during install.
^^ the above is the only possible downfall of installing rom and both will/would be fixed almost instantly
fix for 1. i send a different update binary for u to add to zip and then flash
fix for 2. i look into root not sticking issue and fix it with a second build in meantime u can just flash supersu zip to fix root.
i dont care either way i was just trying to get a deodex zip out there so people can start building mods/roms. my device will be here thursday and if no one has tested by then i will

Took me a few minutes of searching to find you over here and more important...a link for your base rom. I'm downloading it now, but it's getting late for me here, and the server I chose is a bit slow. (Actually speeds are jumping all over the place) I don't sleep much, so in a few hours I will flash it and let you know.

Okay so let get to it you are gonna need to know the different between qualcomm and Broadcom
Sprint ls990 is Broadcom so you're port is gonna have to be Broadcom
Hmmm oh okay T-mobile is gsm and Broadcom
Now we are getting somewhere. If you're gonna post a rom that you didn't build I would ask the dev
So this isn't gonna be a tut on how to build cm or any rom for that matter
So you built or download both T-mobile and Sprint roms (note they both have to be the same or you'll have some issues)
Now this isn't a tut on how to extract or adb pull a system. Google how to extract the system.new.dat or flash the sprint rom and adb pull the system. You need 7 files from the SPRINT LS990 etc/firmware folder look that the pic below
Okay now you have your firmware files
I have added a blank zip see Attached Files
With this zip you're gonna add the etc firmware files use 7zip to open the archive place the files in system/etc/firmware the folders are already in the zip.
Now take the build prop from the T-MOBILE rom and edit it to look like the ls990 see example below
Okay add your build.prop to the patch zip. this goes inside the system folder
Take the SPRINT LS990 boot.img and add it to the T-MOBILE rom
Now you will be flashing the T-MOBILE rom with the LS990 boot.img in it. Then flash your patch zip to fix the WIFI and BLUETOOTH
Note this isn't for CDMA users!!!!
