It's Included in the rom touch and hold your screen until widgets appear
scroll through the widgets and you will see it...
if you don't see it try Reflashing The Boot.img

It's available only when you choose Sense Full in installation.
Removed the current weather clock widget, re-add the widget:
long press on the blank area (after you removed the widget), under widgets choose Clock (HTC), you should see five pages of clock style, the weather clock 4x1 in the 5th pages (see attached)
Edit: I notice the 4x1 clock widget is too high on the screen... will fix this next week hopefully.

Just updated to RC3, again the widget is missing. When i try to add a widget, and choose which widgets should be displayed there is only one group left from HTC (Settings). Can i reinstakll the others again?
Guys..
Try clearing HTC Sense data....Under settings>Apps>HTC Sense>Clear Data...After that check widgets status pressing on the homescreen.

In search of a pure Weather only Widget...I like the Weather portion of Beautiful Home Weather, but do not need the clock option - does anyone know how to disable to clock or an application with only the weather portion....
Weatherbug Elite has a nice widget that displays weather which is what I use.
The Weather Channel... they have three to four types of widgets available
Try snow storm from the market

i use "Weather Widget - Free" by Android Apps. it supports different skins / themes and it can display a single weather icon with temp. i bought beautiful widgets, but prefer this app.
I use Beautiful Widgets BUT DO NOT USE THE WIDGET.
You can go to the options and have the temp show in your notification bar. That way when you click on it you get the cool animations and forecast/current weather from BW, but you get all the space on your home page by not using the widget... kinda the best of both worlds.
I never understood needed a clock widget... utterly pointless in my not so humble opinion.

When I use to unlock the phone, it would show me a animation of the current weather, just wondering what happen to that feature in ICS? It's not a critical thing but I always thought the weather animation was cool.

you mean the live wallpaper in the background?
It's a Rosie animaton. You need one of the Rosie clocks. Drag it to the top left corner to 'edit' it select your location then it will ask if you want full screen animation. Turn it on or off from there. If you want sound open the weather app in your drawer then select menu and you can find it in one of those options.
This will not work if you're using a de-sensed Rom.

YAY lol I know its a simple thing but man it looks cool ;p Wish it had more animations though.
There's different animations but it depends on the weather. I like the rainy day animation with the windshield wipers..

I removed the stock clock and downloaded digiat clock, and a few other ones. When I hold the home screen and choose the widget, it just opens the settings for that widget, does the same for android weather. How the hell do I actually get it to display on my home screen?!! I don't just want the icon there obviously

I don't own this phone yet, but from my experience with Jelly Bean on my current phone, you should find your widgets in the App Drawer.
I'm running RootBox Android version 4.2.1 and the cLock widget does not display my calendar or weather. I had the same problem with the same widget on another CM10.1 ROM. Am I missing something to enable it or is it just not working?

Long press the widget to edit, then drag it down to extend it. If you have the options of calendar/weather enabled it will show them.
Download dash clock widget. Cool app. Shows time(obviously), weather, calender, gmail, texts and twitter updates. You can set it to show whatever you like
