If they are free in a different Country then you cant download them freely unless they become available in your country.

But if you search ' free promotion ' in samsungapps then it will show you which ones if any are temparally free.

I am hoping for this, as well. I think a hack would have to be flashed through fastboot due to s-ON, though, if I'm not mistaken.
