Live in Phoenix and since I have changed to T-Mobile from AT&T on unlocked phone. Have 4.1.2 on root. Phone is always in roam mode were on AT&T the problem was not there. Any ideas if I need to change a setting or just poor service?

Can i use my vibrant in other countries? Because i tried my phone with sim card carrier of the country where i will be going and when i tried to call it says the phone is not allowed for outgoing calls. How can i enable that?

where did you bought it? in the tmobile?
I live and work in Germany, and the phone has worked perfectly here as well as every other country I've driven/flown into so far. The GSM technology that's used here is the same technology that's used in the states. Just waiting for 4G!
Stock vibrant on ji5 here and it didn't work well in japan when I was there. Didn't pick up any of the carriers and gps didn't work at all. Gps works here though

I have a SE X10i changed it to x10a and some different roms. But I see people using Telus provider with the x10, but mine doesn't want to work.. Any help would be great..
You can't turn an x10i to an x10a, the internal radio hardware is different, it is set to pick up different freqs.
That is definitely your problem, I'm using an x10a from rogers on telus and it works great.
ya, there are more strict laws here in Canada against electromagnetic output

Haha exactly you could make it say it's an atrix if you wanted but that doesn't change the hardware...
did you unlock your phone yet?
it wont work because the x10i will only work in 2g with rogers and Telus has their 2g network on the CDMA network (no sim card)
X10i in Canada will work in the following:
3G: Mobilicity, Wind, Vidéotron
2G: Rogers, chat-r, Fido
Will not work with Telus or Bell

I own a rooted galaxy s3 running the stock ROM. I have a problem with the data connection. The internet stops working when data is on 3G. It only works when its H+ or E. I have also tried different carriers and confirmed that the problem is with the phone and not my carrier.

i'm using rooted S3 with XXBLH1 and Siah kernel.
it's the first time i'm using my S3 in roaming and my screen comes on every now and then. sometimes more often then others. and is getting on my nervs. no data connection enabled (way too expensive while roaming)
anybody knows why might this happen?

Hi guys im just wondering whether the uk version of the gs3 is hd voice ready. I have just received a text of t mobile uk to say the service is now ready and can be used if your device has this feature. I have done a little looking on the net but i cant find out the answer, any help would be appreciated.

s3 does support hd voice. it was a problem getting it to work at the beginning of cm10..

Unfortunately im on stock unlocked uk rom im i have never flashed a rom and it seems WB - AMR is off and i cannot change the setting. Just checked my finances and shes on t mobile locked and her WB-AMR setting is set to on, wtf.
