There's already a tread with working Xperia S apps. I'm pretty sure, if camera worked too, it would've been there.
When it comes to camera, things aren't so simple, it requires a lot of libs and framework tweaks afaik.

No,it's not,this is much faster than XS keyboard.

Is this the Google Keyboard? As in the one publicly available on Play Store? I'm using it right now.
I don't know what you are using mate. Atleast post a screenshot. And yes it is the Google Keyboard from Android 4.4 KitKat.

keyboard works preety well its snapier than older one ( imo ) but in carbon rom 4.3 there are still giltches when you use swipe .
