I have looked at numerous threads about downloading the zip, but I havent found one as of today.
Either its a expired link or the zip itself is bad. Does anyone know of a direct link for the zip?

Lokifish has a locked version that was based on jokers rom. You should check it out.

Is there any development of roms with CM9 for our Ray? I need the People app and the Launcher, but can't find anything..
Also there are no cm9 nightlies either...
