Hey community!
We already discussed the problem about the HOX+ Wifi Problem and SmartSync, which is perfectly messed up HTC Dev...
A nice guide to avoid the HOX+ going into deepsleep at night is written by baha76_s:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2089452
My problem:
My HOX+ turns into deepsleep after ~15 minutes.
Not receiving any Internet notifications such as WhatsApp, Email etc. AT ALL. (All day long!)
HOX+ only catches notifications after waking up, or within 15 minutes after standby mode became activated.
I've been using baha76_s's trick, making my HOX+ NOT DISCONNECTING from wifi.
So it's connected.

BUT:
Even if my HOX+ is shown up as connected on my fritz!Box 7390 (See picture), and even if the powermanagment shows that the HOX+ is always connected:
I have 100% package loss by pinging my HOX+. (See picture)
I need help for this.

Hello all,
I've got a commtiva N700, I've been flashing between roms today, I recovered back to the stock rom after installing EUViewpad 1.7b, but now my battery meter is stuck at 1%, and it shows the "Please charge" messages. I've tried flashing a few different roms, and also updating to googlehome's kernel, but no luck.
Anyone got any ideas?
Also, a side question, but does anyone happen to know what app runs the sidebar on the N700 stock rom (Left hand side of the pic)

The battery is working perfectly and if I ignore the warnings it carries on just fine, it is literally just the reading that isnt. On the EUViewpad rom it just shows 1%, on the stock rom it shows a line through it.
Edit: However 5 mins later I just picked up my tablet, turned it on and it says 100%... I have no idea why, and I'll see if it keeps working, but not complaining if its fixed itself.
I put the phone into flight mode over night and the drain was a bit less than when on. 15% in 8.5 hours, compared to the 25% with it on.
However, as you can see from the screen shots, something is still causing the phone is "wake up". I've turned off everything in the process of trying to find out what it is, but still cannot find out.
Can someone have a look at the shots and see if ye can pick out something.
I must say that the connectivity issue I'm having(keeps giving me a connected to wifi network notification every few mins) could be causing these wakelocks?? I don't know myself.
Anyways, I'd appreciate any thoughts on how to sort out the wakelocks.

s-voice has a wake up feature turned on by default
Continuously connecting to Wi-Fi is the power saving mode.
You can deactivate it by dialing *#0011#, menu, Wi-Fi.
The only way I found to allow the phone to truly sleep was not to have Wi-Fi on at all. Off when screen off also seems to work.

4.5hrs screen time looks pretty good to me. I'm lucky if I get 4hrs
Hi
I have my S2 for 8 months now, flashed numerous roms non stop, but the last 2 months i stayed at RR 3.1.2. This is the latest JB RR which works rock stable for me. Untill recently, i'd say 2 , 3 weeks max, my Sim card gets locked every now and then. This means only Emergency calls are allowed, and i have to re-enter my PIN code. The phone doesn't reboot or anything, it just cuts off the signal and wants my PIN again.
This is bugging me for 2 reasons:
The phone is searching for networks non-stop, consuming a lot of battery
I am not reachable, since no signal.
Once i enter my pin it goes back to full signal strenght HSDPA.
I wonder if anyone else had this problem before, and if yes, was it a software or hardware issue.
Any other ideas, suggestions, even thoughts are more then welcome.

The phone is already on for 10 hours now, and as you can see it looks like it rebooted. It did not as my recent apps are still there, and in Status phone i can see it's not resetted.
Bests,
Ben

Click to collapse
It's scanning because apps are trying to connect. You will have to remove anything that connect to the Internet or get a firewall
Hi
Unfortunately despite many attempts, the phone from upgrading to marshmallows no longer comes into deep sleep.
It's been a year since, I tried everything but nothing, unfortunately I was always on oxygen for stability, I formatted it many times but nothing .. and before that happened it also stopped running the accelerometer, in fact I updated my phone in the hope of doing it again but instead it created another problem.
Now mount the moos 3.6 with the boeffla kernel.
What can the reason for not getting into deep sleep depend on?
Help me please..
I also have experience in compiling rom and kernel and, use adb and i know linux (centos, redhat, ubuntu, debian) if it can help..
I leave various screen shot attachments if it can help..
???
Tanks for any help!
Sorry for my English but im italian

wifi is the problem. turn off wifi scanning.
cellphone signal is also weak. try switching to 2g and manually toggle to 3g/4g when you need it.
