Well i dont know exactly where are they. but try this...only if you have rooted neo l. install titanium backup. and backup camera app in orginal rom. and restore it in custom rom.

for me, CM dialer is better than stock dialer, it has more option

But I don't know if it will work.... If it's cyanogen, forget it

Here's a link to a thread with the Stock Central Europe Rom in a CWM zip.
Just install it with the kernels included in the thread and you're good to go.

and i recently maded a theme for any deodexed rom of galaxy y
my theme includes a new dialertab and 15 toogle statusbar with swipe to remove

How to install:
Just simply flash through cwm recovery.
How to check if your rom is deodexed or odexed:
Just open root explorer.
go to /system/app
check if there are any .odex files
If there are .odex files with their respective apps then its not a deodexed rom.

lol,you didn't get it.
deodexed stock rom = stock rom that all apk(s) already deodexed.

I think it will work on repencis also
not sure abt other roms
why not try urself
have a backup flash mytheme if works the okay
if not then restore the backup

i want to try but i see no cwm can restore nandroid for galaxy y...after screwed i have to flash from A to Z

better use a rom which is already deodexed!!
