It does this with any image that isn't preloaded onto the note. It is the correct portions when I selected it for the background. But every time I go to the home screen it shifts either side of the image then resets to look correctly.
I do have Widget Locker installed as well and it appears just fine on that. I disabled it, and it still does it.

i downloaded a pack of lik 700 wallpapers for vibrant on here that are the correct size, but whenever i go to set them i can't get the whole image as the wallpaper, the selector cuts off a bunch on every side, and it can't be expanded. what's up with this?
Try the app, wallpaper set and save.
Are you sure it can't be expanded?
Are you dragging the lines themselves?

Im not sure what exactly happened here. Booted it up since morning and it turned into this..... And i have checked already,Its not the wallpaper issue......
This only occurs on the lockscreen. Looked at the image in gallery and its perfectly normal. Just the lockscreen that has this problem

my display just stopped working properly. Images at the upper border are cropped and displayed at the lower border of the screen.

I'm currently running AICD MM. The same Issue happens on SONY's LP, in recovery and on the boot screen as well.
Any ideas regarding this problem?

In apps such as the SMS or Whatsapp, I am having this redicilous issue where the screen moves up, unable for me to see.
Here's the screenshot of my phone and one of my friend, who has the same phone and also Pie installed.
Left is how it suppose to be, right is mine. you can see that the names on top are moved upwards.
