It's so difficult to read the rules and stickies?
It's against forum rules to suggest ROM's. Here's the post stating such rule:

Please just try the ROMs for yourself until you find one that suits you.

Hi,
Can some one please advise me on the best firmware to use on my s2
Best firmware is a personal opinion, please come to your own conclusion by reading and testing. Also read forum rules and sticky threads as there is lots of useful info and guides there.

Hi.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 i930=.
I have flashed last official Rom from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1646610
I want to ask you which is the best compatible kernel to improve battery life with this custom rom.
Hope you can help me.
Thanks.

This question will be answered when it is moved to Q&A. Not till it is here.
Good luck!
Edit: BTW, I guess a 'best kernel' thread is not allowed too, right? Just as a best ROM thread is not allowed?

If you read through the s3 forum, which section do you think it would be best to post a question?
Whilst reading, if you were to check the rules, you would probably find that best rom/kernel threads are not allowed.
Ask a mod to close your thread.

Since you are new here, don't you think it's quite disrespectful to not follow the rules and to do no research before entering the XDA-forum..?
Read the forum rules from XDA, and read the stickies.
Thread reported.
Thread closed as its a Best kernel thread.
