Have you tried looking into the Gsm dev section and searching there? Try looking first before giving up altogether. If the links are down tell the op or whoever is responsible that the links are down so they can fix them.

I've been looking looking looking, and I cant seem to find a clear answer to what I need. I currently have the EVO 3D, unlock with HBOOT 1.58 SOFF. I would like to use some other roms but they need a lower version of the hboot (1.4). Whats the method for downgrading this? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Does anyone have the absolutely stock RUU? I'm stuck on HBOOT 2.09 and need to unroot and relock to be able to get my corporate email back on my phone.
Trust me, guys, I've searched to find some links. And as a last resort, I'm posting this here. The sticky with the stock RUUs no longer has our device listed and no one else seems to have a working link.
If anyone can help, it'd be much appreciated since my phone is currently stuck in bootloader.

Unfortunately, even though I am a very experienced user (I was a tech for 15 years), the moderators will not allow a download until you have posted ten times.
