Ok it could be alot just go to play store and search csc and download s1,s2,s3 csc changer dont change it just tell me what it says under sales code and ill be able to tell you

An caller can not hear me.
I do an hardreset, because the system was frozen.
I flashed NeatRom one more time, but it does not help.
I have completely formatted everything and flashed a different rom. But that did not help either.
But i can record audio files and hear it.
Have anyone an idea?

Go back to stock with Odin and test.
Modem change may fix it.

I've just changed the modem xm2 to xm3. and kernel phinx to dorimanx. it has not helped.
what difference there is between the stocks? My language is German. I can also take belgium or spain? can I change the language later?

No difference just Get what you need and flash with Odin. You know how to use Odin?

Look for a guide to flash with Odin. There are many and if you mess up you could have problems. Read before flashing with Odin.
