Hi, I use a Samsung tablet and anytime I use my Bluetooth headset button it automatically takes me to the s voice app instead of letting me choose. if I freeze the s voice app using titanium backup then I'm able to choose my Bluetooth program. There are no defaults to clear for S Voice. Is there a way to deny its Bluetooth permissions or force a default Bluetooth device app? Thanks in advance.

I am using deodexed Viper stock release. Voice to text does not work through stock HTC keyboard, swift key, or google voice typing keyboard. Anyone else have this issue?

Do you have bluetooth turned on? I have an issue with my note 2..When bluetooth is on voice to text won't work unless I go into settings bluetooth settings for my brand of earpice and un-check media audio, or shut off bluetooth altogether.
Not sure if this is your issue or not. I didn't have this problem until the last 2 google updates.
I searched for the app in titanium and then wiped data. This fixed it. It could have been related to your BT comment though, I did have to reboot, so I may have turned BT off
Hello,
I bought the app for voice dialing Voice Speed Dial. It looks very good. You want to use the voice dialing via BT HF (via the button), but unfortunately I still starts with Voice and when you turn it off, so I started Google.
I would please ask you how you can nastvit it to run directly Voice Speed Dial? Calmly, even if off or uninstall Google search with Voice - just do not use these applications.
Thanks so much for any advice.
On my GS4, Samsung's player is my default bluetooth music app no matter what I've tried. There's no where I can find to erase the default preference and I'd really rather have google's app be my default so when I hit the activity button my my headset or car adapter, it will launch google. Any advice?
Thanks in advance!
Can't you just freeze/disable the Samsung app so it will default to what other program you have to play them? If that doesn't work then maybe your car is only compatible with the Samsung app.

I've disabled the Music app (that's the name of Samsung's app) It doesn't help. If the Google Music app is running, my blue tooth adapter in the car as well as my blue tooth headset have no problem controlling and using it. Just setting it as the default app to launch seems to be a mystery to me.
Hello, i cannot get Voice Dial to work.
I use a Plantronics M55, which should - on long button press - initiate the phone's voice dial. I tried a lot of apps, whatever I try: nothing happens. I also miss a profile for 'remote control', in blootooth settings I only see phone audio and media audio.
Anyone got this running? Seems Sony forgot the bluetooth profile :/
Thanks for any hint!
One thing I've noticed... is if I use the voice recorder app, and then go into a call, the voice recorder stops.
How can I make two or more apps access the microphone at the same moment?

Before Android 10, only one app could access an audio input at once; if an app tried to ask permission to an input while it was in use by something else, the app would be blocked. As of Android 10, audio inputs can be shared by multiple apps, but only in some cases: Simply put, accessibility apps can listen for input while a regular app is also listening.
Two ordinary apps can never capture audio at the same time
