Hello friends,
I am facing issue with my galaxy s3, the mobile is never rooted and runs on samsung official 4.1.2 jellybean firmware
The problem with my mobile is some of the games and apps keeps restarting again and again not allowing me to play or use them
Examples like asphalt 7 , cut the rope.etc.....and my phone sometimes stuck and restart as well.
I have tried doing factory reset even then it didn't work, I have taken to samsung service centre but the problem still continues.
One more problem with my mobile is like I can't send the files using wifi direct but I can receive the files.
Any help regarding my issues will be appreciated.

Flash another stock rom after wiping ur SD card and external sd card adnd internal memory, after that try installing a custom rom after u root ur S3 and see the difference.
Hello guys I have found the solution for the above issues...u just need to uncheck kill all the activities

That option would have unchecked itself after reboot... Was you turning that option on every time you turned on your phone?

No it would still be checked even after reboot. ..that option will be unchecked if you do it manually or do a factory reset.

Hey guys since the day I bought my s3 it was from july .. till now skype never worked with me I mean I can open it but it never loggs in .. anyone has this issue I really need it to work . Thx guys ^^

Skype works well for me, no problems at all - even while plugged into my TV via HDMI or on mobile network.
First check your account details by logging on at the Skype website, if you're using it on a mobile network try wifi - some carriers don't like you using it instead of their calls.
Next try clear the app data in app manager, if that doesn't help then uninstall and reinstall the whole app.
Failing all that you would have a problem with your particular phone, have you applied all the Samsung updates released in your country and not disabled any vital services? Return to a fully stock ROM, factory reset etc.
and keep in mind that Skype takes a painfully long time to load

It happened to me few times but every time it was some strange Android issue (ICS & JB). Factory Reset and fresh ROM always fixed all issues.
Did you try full wipe and flash rom again?

Actualy I'm changing rooms always and I do full wipe yea but it still the same no ****ing clue why :/

Hello guys, im using a galaxy s3 international, 4.1.2 stock with no root. So the other day I installed this app from google play, wifi advanced config editor, and I didnt read the description which states it doesnt support gingerbread and above. After using the app for a while, my phone hanged and the app force closed. So is my phone okay now because it seems everything is functioning. Thx

Use faster fix if you want to configure WiFi region
doesnt faster fix just allow to set a custom NTP server for AGPS?

It just sets the region pool, which I'm guessing is what he was possibly trying to do, back in the day it was how you did it, by editing GPS configuration.xml

First I would try to use the copy text feature in another app and check if it worked there. If yes then the problem is in the app you use. If no, then I try to find a SW update for the phone with Samsung Kies (supposing you have already tried to restart it) and if still no success I would reset the phone.
Not working on any app, can't even use the inbuilt copy and paste of uc browser and already try restarting the phone, I have the last update for my phone

I'm facing an issue here.
I loose apps settings frequently!
Like stweaks, whatsapp, xda app etc. Settings automatically reset!
Also 2-3 of my songs got corrupted! But if i send them to others, it plays well!!!!!
(For songs I even changed my rom!)
And todaya new problem arised. Play store can download apps but can't install them. Error 961.
Help me figure out this issue.

First factory reset, remove external sd card and test. If still the same then flash full stock rom with odin and factory reset again.
If still faulty then you have hardware fault.

clear the cache
you can clear the cache and data of your phone directly or going into recovery mode. you can see all the details here. search for error 961 on appslova's website and you'll see all the details
Google play store sometime starts showing on connection. And it also becomes alright after a day or two automatically.. I'm rooted. No host file issue, no wrong time issue. I can use Internet. Samsung Galaxy S3. Android 4.3 official firmware and rooted. It's really annoying, please help me find the solution..

I had such problems lots of times. I used many solutions and all of them worked.
1) Clear data and Cache of Play Store from Settings ====> Apps ====> Manage apps.
OR
2) Uninstall Play Store and install latest version again. (I installed it as system app)
OR
3) Reflash stock ROM with odin, then root and try again.
Most of the times 1st option worked. Use next 2 only if 1st does not work.
