Omg. someone on a desktop please report this thread.

*facepalm* i am not asking which colour is best. I am asking which one has the longest battery life, that is an objective thing.

No rom, it'll last forever well nearly forever.

No setup is the same. Even if they are the same it can have different results. Just go and find your right ROM.

You obviously did not read the forum rules.
Like was stated before, what works well for one person can be completely different for you. Only way is to try yourself and find what you are happy with.

When I used CM7 based ROMs yes I saw a difference with no performance lags. When I try with any 2.2 / 2.2.1 ROMs I lock up fast. Plus my phone hates OCing except on CM7 based ROMs.
I am overclocked at 1.2 and no undervolting bc I found that it really didn't make too much difference in my battery life. I use other means to control the battery life and all undervolting did was make me constantly check to make sure I didn't undervolt too much and dread the lock up. Well it did lockup and I just gave up on that tweak.
Search for Kaintfm's profile. He is using a MIUI but his signature shows his overclock/undervolt settings. The scale that he has is quite impressive.
Side note: I am getting sick of useless posts that say "use the search" or "search is your friend". If you can't answer the question, then don't post anything. That is just as annoying as answering the same question that has been posted over and over.

This kind of thread is not allowed plz stop making them !
Thats because its down to personal preference! People can't tell you which is best, you'll just have to try them out yourself.
And it's wrong section.
You didn't find anything because they all get locked/deleted.

Best modem ?

Who is the best modem for you ?
I have test some, and for me it's XXLPX.
I have more battery consumption with XXLPQ.
But it's difficult to say who is better.
Tell me, you what you think ?

Modems are location dependent on location. So it all depends on your location.
You gotta try and see. Hit and trial method bro. IMHO, I've never seen a big change with different modems. Also, don't post what's the best this or that thread. These are banned around here.

Best Kernel to use?

Hello there, I'm using a S3 with stock rom which is modified (crt, brightness and sound levels,) . I wanted to also flash a kernel to improve usability and battery, but nothing extremely conservative. Could someone recommend me a popular and stable one?
Thanks in advance, if you think I should try a different kernel for a different experience, let me know
Thanks

What's the best rom?

I am looking to root again but I need a rom that has everything. It needs battery life and speed and flawlessness. All that good stuff because I'm only flashing once I hate losing all my apps and stuff

There's no such thing as a best rom..and these types of threads are not allowed. All roms will have some sort of problems unique to everyone's phone.
Oh sorry I didn't know.

It's fine. The best thing you can do is to try flashing different roms and use them for a few days and see how it works out. We have pretty good devs on here, so most of the roms here will probably have what you're looking for. And please search before posting threads, or I warn you, you will be flamed by others.
