I am using CM 10 Nightly Build(10-02-2013) On Neo V 4.1.2. In Mobile network settings,even though I unselect the "Use only 2G network option",mobile is still showing EDGE signal.I have tested this in an area where there is good 3G coverage..Only if I reset the Data enabled option,it is detecting 3g signal that too for a short time and reverts to 2G again..Any fix for this???

I just bought a tab 10.1
Somehow the 3G connection is not stable.. it will suddenly be turned off even though mobile data is on..
I checked the apn settings and it is blank.. typed in my own and after awhile it disappears too..
Is this a known issue?

I have a similar problem. On my unit the H+ is displayed only when there is network activity and when there is no activity it turns to 3G. Problem is that this causes about a second of lag on every click on the link before it turns to H+ and then starts to download the page.
Another problem is that the signal strength display in ASU is suck at 4.

I'm using Galaxy Ace with CyanogenMod 7.
My device supports E, H, and 3G protocols. When i have 2G enabled, only E is working, it's slow, but stable.
But when 2G/3G is enabled and 3G network is available, my phone sometimes starts to jump quickly between H and 3G protocols.
In Moscow 3G is buggy and H is fine, so data transfer is cool and fast in H mode, but interrupts when the phone goes into 3G mode.
So i'm asking how can i disable 3G protocol to have only E working in 2G mode and only E & H working in 2G/3G mode...

when i browse facebook and other web page, either 3g or wifi
the HSPA+ logo and the signal strength icon will change to nil, no connection
after that, can't phone others,sms ,browse web page/facebook/wtsapp,(except using wifi,but still cannot use phone function)
i am using rescurrent remix 1.8.1 rom

i am on cm 9.1.0 now. i was using nightlys before and before that the latest nightlies of cm 7. since the may- or june-nightlies i experienced some problems with my data connection (3g or H). despite full and blue bars in the statusbar with an 3g or H, sometimes i did not have any connection. i did not have those problems with wifi. and sometimes, when i was outside and surfing, the connection broke off from one page to the other. in some cases entering flightmode and turning it off again helped. but not always...
could it be that i need another modem-fw?
how would i do that?
where do i find my current version?

Might be a fast dormancy settings issue, try flipping the setting and see if that helps.

Hy guys I have problem with switching between signal H and H+. When I dont have turned on a mobile data signal icon is showing H. When I tun on the mobile data signal is switched to icon H+ and then every 5-7 sec. I dont have signal. When is phone turned in 2G mode only everything is OK but i it is slow internet speed because this is Edge. Is any solution to fix editing build.prop it to disable switching to H+? I want to have just H or E not H+. Thx for you reply. BTW sorry for my bad english.
