I am using gmail for my mail..my question is what my issue is HTC there are two mail app one is mail and the other one is gmaill app...I receive my mail from both app..it is annoying that I have to clear twice..the gmail app is built in ...can't uninstall...anybody has solution to uninstall...mine can't uninstall since it is default app...I just want to use one mail app...

Go to account settings, click on google account, and untick the gmail sync box.

Your HTC mail app will still sync.

Your best bet would be to get tweetdeck for Facebook notifications (like a comments and post ) and go to the mobile page and use the app for the account the you use the most
