Difficult question. But the answer lies in your own hands. You need to try them to find out which one suites you best.
IMHO, all JB ROMs answer to your needs: Vasishta, DIXperia, Fera, etc.
If you'll try DIXPeria you'll find that it has good performance and is good for daily use
If you try SlimBean you will have even a better performance, but you'll miss Sony look&Feel.
Etc.
It's up to you to decide which ROM is best for you.
All JB ROM are good for daily use, unless if the dev has stated otherwise (like MIUI at this mooment).
Good luck!

What's the smoothest ROM out there atm, while maintaining as much functionality as possible? I'd really like the smoothest scrolling possible, after that prioritizing functionality ( cam? ) and then battery life. Also what would give the best performance with 3d games? I'm using a 2.2 freex10 beta 4 rom with data2sd atm.
Wolfbreak 2.2 CM6- Really smooth, moderate battery life
-Ejet erickwill 2.1-Really smooth, great battery life, 2.1 so everything works (My personal favorite)
-TripnMIUI Gingerbread 0.1- Extremely smooth, good battery life, but still incomplete (NO camera, bugs)
-TripnMIUI Froyo 1.6-Really smooth, good battery life. I don't like it because it looks too iPhone like, but it's really stable.
-Jerplea Gingerbread V20-Extremely smooth, good battery life, but incomplete (No camera, quite a few bugs)
It's up to you what you want. If you want rock solid stability, Wolfbreak's, Trip's or erickwill's is the way to go. If you want to experiment and help the devs, Jerplea and Trip's GB is the way to go. It's all personal preference.

Best!
For stability and customizability I should go for the CM6 wolfbreak.
This one rock solid and a lot of options, but of course itts al personal preference.

Cobs miui puts others to shame. Smoothest fully functional rom on here i think (especially miui roms)
Hi Mr kantk20111 , can you tell me please where I can download the Ejet erickwill 2.1 Rom.
thanks in advance
I haven't seen any topic like this, so I decided to make one. What's the best ROM you have used? ICS/GB, doesn't matter. I'm using MiniCMSandwich Lite atm, and I think it suits me the best.
Stock ROM (cleaned) for both platform. > For stability on most condition
Hybroman on both platform. > Eye Candy/ stable and easy to customize
Spartan (GB only) > Battery efficiency, light and simple
Its different according to people. Why don't you try it on your own for a better experience?
I thnk he's trying to create a thread where all the users will share their experience on the ROMs that they have used and rank them accordingly.
Sent from my WT19i using XDA
Exactly, I just want people to share their thoughts about ROMs they have used and which is the best for them.
For me ExMIUI is very good in terms of features and it has an absolutely gorgeous UI. And it is very stable and is very much suitable for daily use.
And Polish Blood AOSP ICS is the one to go for if you are after raw speed. No customization only Google stuff and you won't believe how fast it is. My daily driver for a couple of weeks.
Currently using MiniCMSandwich Lite AOSP v4 Final. Its fast. But has a few bugs though.

MIUI seems childish to me. And too iOSey. But I will give it a try.

Sure it's IO'sey... But I wouldn't say childish... It's packed with features.
But honestly, if you are after speed, try Polish Blood. It is not as functional as AOSPlite, but more than makes up for in speed.
MiniCMSandwich(stock kernel v2) but on LWW not worked stereo and when disable xloud only one speaker is playing.

there's nothing such as best. you can get the best rom with best features but poor battery. best rom with minimal features with best battery. it is all subjective. try & find. coz something that is best for me or others may not be for you.
best luck
Hello Guys,
What, in your opinion, is the best, most stable ICS or JB rom. I am currently running CM10 stable and although it is really nice, it has some lag and it drains my battery. I am looking for another good rom. Good kernels are also welcome. Thanks!
The Best
The best ROm out there is RemICS-JB v1.0(Team Remics). Has not let me down.
I'm currently (and still) running CM11 togari which works flawlessly for me. Is there a stable ROM for daily use, or should I stick with it? It would have to have a working camera and bt, and preferably runtime permissions for better privacy.
so far the bestest ROM ... near stock amazing battery life..... https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z-ultra/development/scrubber-t2961315
