just flash a kernel with flashtool

You got a hardbrick, never relock bootloader on custom kernel.

I can`t flash a kernel `cause my phone don`t start. And I don`t know what to do...

Your battery is charged??
IF NOT HARD BRICK. if have warranty go to sony center or tell a lie about your phone, your phone reset and dont turn on again something similar xd. If dont have warranty the fix is via JTAG and you need to pay for it.

Look what i did:
My phone goes to vodafone service and they locked my phone on vodafone, I tooke the phone to a service gsm to unlock it. When i take it, i tried to flash a costum kernel: nAa 14, i used s1tool and shows me "UNKNOWN SIM CERTIFICATE" or sm like that so I can`t unlock bootloader, but i read somewhere to use "stool2" and i used it now i tried to flash nAa kernel, i did it and i installed gingersony but phone loop on nAa kernel . Then...i flash BLRelock...after flash finished, phone died. Dont start up, green led dont blink, phone dont vibrate and flashtool, pcc dont recognize it.

That would have worked if the phone wasn't bootloader-bricked. Installing the blrelock.ftf-bootloader on the xperia mini pro will make it unbootable. No back-arrow-flash-option, no hack, no way, no how. The phone is properly bricked.
Only way to un-brick is JTAG. Please do not try to "help" people if you do not know how f'ed up their problem is.

hardbricked is where the device can't be detected (changing, flash mode, boot, etc.. all is useless)
the only solution is j-tag..
got the same problem & my x10 mini pro RIP..

Dear Sir,
When we select the Firmware in Flash Tool ( Flash Mode ) then we got the message to unplug the device-Then to press the back button-Then to connect the Usb to phone, But as with this Hard Bricked situation nothing happens on the phone and the same message remain on the screen.
Usually after follwoing such process we can easily flash any kernel/Firmware but due to Hard Brick we cannot.
I would really appreciate if you suggest how to flash kernel when phone is not showing any life and not connecting to the PC or communicating with the Flash Tool ( As message flash that Device Not Connected on Flash Tool )
Please Help !!

For future reference: You dont need to have your phone "on" to use the flash tool, it just has to be in the update mode. (Hold back button while plugging into the usb). This is for if you ever brick it again

restore your phone via SEUS from pc companion it will revert your kernel to stock and install the stock rom
Don't worry, I did the same thing the first time I tried to install Zombie Panic. Download the Sony Ercisson Update Service from here, insatll it on your PC and follow the instructions to install (even if it says you have the latest version). It'll take you back to Stock ROM and your phone will boot.
but.. PC Companion can find my phone but it wants to connect it in Android (and i cant go to android) so... :/

Prepare SEUS on repair mode, until message to connect phone.
Press and hold power button, then press home button (don't release power button) and wait phone off. press and hold back button then connect the usb cable.
thank you!!!!you saved my phone~! Now can install mCM7.... thank you!!!
I was tryin to install MiniCM7 and during my noobish attempt I pretty much deleted everything on my phone. Factory reset and such. And I attempted to fix by rebooting the phone but now all I get is the Sony Ericsson Logo and when I try to turn the damned thing off it turns back on. I tried SEUS but even after quickly hitting back and plugin the usb cable after Home+Back+Power no dice. Can anybody out there help this desperate noob soul :c
Cant you pull out the battery connector underneath the rubber bit next to the camera to turn it off??

Flash the stock rom with flashtool, for that look in the rooting guide in my signature. There's how to root your phone on 4.0.2.A.0.62 firmware and there's how to use flashtool and install the firmware.
Is your bootloader locked?
Didn't you make a backup?

Did you install the drivers from flashtool now?
Install flashtool, go to the installation folder>drivers and install the .exe (maybe your phone isn't included in the list, just tick everything which is offered and install all them).
Afterwards install sony pc companion and sony update service, drivers should be installed with it.
So turn phone off and while it's off hold volume down and while you hold it down connect the usb to pc. The led should turn green.
If it's red it could be battery isn't charged, so charge it. If charging doesn't work get a battery of a friend...
Well bro, proceed is said by mihahn, the led is red, just bcz you have installed extended stock Kernel, right???

Maybe your battery is empty?

I have a similar problem with my Xperia U. I only got to unlock the BL yesterday (the official way). Then I put in a boot.img from FXP CM10 ROM for... Xperia T using fastboot and it stopped responding entirely. I give, that wasn't particularly clever, but it's the first time I use FXP and the instructions did say I should use CM10 boot image and that's what I did as there is no Xperia U CM10 image.
I charged the phone for 2 hours from my PC using the original Sony cable and then overnight (for ~8 hours) using a charger from my aged Spica. Pressing and holding the Power button after charging produced no effect whatsoever. Not even a blink of a diode.
I removed the battery and replaced it after ~20 minutes. The Power button still does nothing.
Plugging in the charger lights up the red charge LED, but the screen is off.
Plugging the phone to the PC (original Sony cable, dual Windows Vista 32-bit/Debian Sqeeze 64-bit laptop) also only lights up the red charge LED, the screen is still off. Holding Vol+/Vol- buttons (or both) while plugging in the USB cable does nothing.
Because I can neither fastboot nor flashmode I couldn't use Flashtool or SUS.
I'm lost... What did I miss?
First there is no CM for U, and second you bricked device cause you flashed wrong kernel - its for another phone.
You might flash U kernel from CM9.
Now try charging the phone for hours, then try enter flashmode to flash stock ROM, or fastboot mode to flash proper kernel.

FXP for U is a modified CM9, right? That's what I was talking about.
I'm very well aware that's a wrong kernel I just didn't realise that until it was too late because of the cryptic device coding. I use Linux for 10 years now and it's not my first Android device so I have an idea how this things work.
I already did that. Is there anything else I might try or should I just repeat the charging process ad infinitum?
Once I too flashed a wrong kernel

sorry for my delay in response. I think I cannot flash a boot.img because I'm in locked bootloader (right?, how?). I managed to charge a bit the battery but when I try to boot up a green led of the led bar turns on, it looks like it is stuck in flashmode :S. Maybe I've lost my device forever :/

Why don't you try to unlock bootloader?
Did u try using the flash tool..?? download the stock fft for ur device and try flash using the flash tool. Since u have a locked bootloader u should not flash custom kernels. only stock kernels could be flashed else u will brick ur soft device.

yes, but when I try to boot up it doesn't, keeps stucked in flashmode
When i was locked bootloader it happens more or less the same:
Out batery for 5min+-
Then you put in batery
You pluged in charger if will so a red light.
Trie to power on you will see green ligth this is a proces unpluged it..
Here we have to divide:
If ypu have linux conect with flashmode mode and type in terminal usblist it show you a list of plugged devices in your computer take the line of sony erison and compare with the rules you have before mayne the code have change.
In windows i dont know hoq to do it...
Open flashtool preparate the ftf and plugged your mobile phone pres volume - until it start to flashing it forces not to go out from flashmode
Tell what happen

that hapened to me when i've flashed custom kernel on locked bootloader.....my device didn't get boot so i took out my battery & waited for 10-15 sec & allowed xperia u to discharge completely by draining ststic charge left, this can be done by pressing power button..without inserting the battery....
after that i directly booted into fastboot mode & flashed stock ftf....hurray..!
note: this trick won't work if ur battery is completely discharged....so for that use any universal charger..& charge it & the do the above process....
also if u have locked bootloader..there are less chances of getting hard bricked....!

thanks for your answers, I will try the two methods described above. If they not work I think it's time to say good bye to my old friend. I'll feedback later :')

Here is what to do
Ur device can bring led will booting
And you can charge your phone
So here is what to do
Charge ur phone about 1 hour
Make sure their is enough battery
Now try unlocking ur device bootloader
Don't use flash tool to unlock
Make sure you done it right
Then flash a custom kernel
If it opens go to recovery and do factory reset
Or
Flash recovery for stock ics locked bootloader
Boot and flash an ics stock based Rom
For LOcked bootloader
Do a factory reset
And done
Hope this help
If I did not work
Pm me I will try to solve this problem
Don't worry this is a softbreak
So. It is due to device fw/software
Problem so it can be fixed here on xda

many thanks, I'll post feedback soon
EDIT: @Mtakween, I can't charge my device, when I plug the wall charger or pc usb (not universal charger) it boots (no sony logo) but like it is connected to flashmode or sometimes the red notification led turns on. I will try to charge the original battery with another method, because I was using a small battery but doesn't fit. For all of this and my locked bootloader, I can't do what you say (flash a custom kernel) or you mean I should try it anyway?. Thanks for your time
@Mtakween I can't unlock the bootloader (bootloader unlock status: no) so I can't connect to fastboot, don't matter what I do. I can still flash stock kernels/roms successfully, but the phone doesn't boot, keeping always with the same behavior: red led notification/green led bar (flashmode) when is connected to charger :/
after try all I can and leave it in the technical service, my device is totally dead. I want to say thanks to all devs and users. For now, I'm out of the android world. Good bye friends
