I had used my Xperia U with 6.1.1.B.1.10 with rooting done by flashtool method. Recently I had updated to 6.1.1.B.1.54 after that I am unable to Root by both Flashtool and Binary method. What could be wrong, I want my XU to be rooted

I bought an Xperia ray for my Wife.. its Firmware is 4.0.A.2.368... Its giving me option via PC companion and OTA that an update 4.0.2.A.0.42...
I want to Root it... Should I first use DoomLord's method to root the Device and flash custom 4.0.2.A.0.42 Rom or I can root it even after updating to 4.0.2.A.0.42?
I dont want to unlock bootloader at the moment.. Just want to Root with latest 4.0.2.A.0.42..
Please guide me since I am new to Xperia sets and I know enough about HTC sets...

Yesterday i tried to root my Xperia U (ST25a) using this tutorial:

All worked... but my software version wasn't 6.0.B.1.564 or 6.0.B.3.184 it was 6.1.1.B.1.54 and in the step 7 i used this kernel to root.

Afterall, my phone stoped work. It don't turn on but i have the fastboot conection working.
What can i do?
1, download kernel 6.0.1.B.1.10: http://www.mediafire.com/?tbswbbl4an5ip8z
2, flash it
3, root phone through Flashtool
4, download kernel 6.1.1.B.1.54: http://www.mediafire.com/?9ag6c7ta1c2hr2m
5, flash it
But if your phone isn't booting, you have to flash stock firmware as 1st - just use SUS and flash original firmware, I think it's 6.1.1.B.1.54 for you....
Hi , I don't know How can I root my Xperia U ST25i.. Using ICS 4.0.4 and 6.1.1.B.1.54 ... I am flashing 6.1.1.B.1.10 Kernel but did not happend.. Just said '' First , Devices must be rooted '' So, how can ı do root? I can not flash kernel.. Tryied One Click Root or Flashtool root or Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry but did not happend...
So, I have a Neo V with firmware 4.0.2.A.0.62 and the bootloader is unlocked. I want to install Cyanogenmod on the device later.
As of now, I'm not sure how to root and install CWM recovery from here. I'm really confused and I don't want to brick the phone.
How should i approach this?
