you checked in the wallpaper picker? Because i think i did everything right and i double checked
EDIT: I UPLOADED A NEW ZIP, IT SHOULD WORK NOW 100 %

Ops its imposible if you can try again & install it ( Wipe cache and dalvik )
should be a 24 MB or 25MB in your phone memory for install that ((This is importent))
if you unnecessory old Wallpapers you can delete that.....
follow my instruction for delete those pics.... [ open root.explorer /system/etc/customization /content/com/sonyericssion/wallpaper picker/wallpapers ] and you can delete old Wallpapers in your arc

Official Offline Charging Animation
For Xperia 2011 (not tested on 2010-2012)
Hi,
I know many people doesn't like the stock CM offline charging animation so i extract the offline charging animation from the stock ROM and i create flashable zip via recovery (ClockWorkmodrecovery for exemple) I confirm that it works on Xperia 2011: Arc/Arc S; Ray; Neo/Neo V; Mini/Mini Pro; Active; Pro; PLAY.
But also it works on all Xperia phone who have semc in system folder !
