Hi!
I seem to have a little problem with this port. All apps works fine, even the currency converter. But when I add more apps from the list it just stays until reboot. Then they're gone... Its just the calculator, the timer, the notes and the sound recorder that sticks. The basic ones. The new ones I have to re-add after reboot. Any idea about that? Besides that, great work! :thumbup:

For Camera Small............wailt untill developer updates it for new Xperia Z framework. After that it will be ok.
For notes app flash notes fix from the first post.

It is done by Sony. I only edited it to run on our small screens. So, its normal.

Install second fix from OP. Your problem will solve now.
For currency converter, internet is needed to download currency updates. First enable data connection or WiFi, once it gets updated then, you can use it offline.

I have exactly the same problem. On top of that after reinstalling the fixed the layout of currency and unit converter apps for our small screens is gone

Twitter app is built on previous small app framework and uses old small app services. Thats why it is force closing. Wait untill developer updates it for Xperia Z framework.
Web view small app [Name Changed to WebMall] is already updated. Install it from the play store. Now it has two icons, one for older framework and other for newer [i.e., for Xperia Z]

The small apps from Play store disappear(not uninstalled) from the apps bar at the bottom everytime I restart the device.

I have repeated whole process again and it works now...
BUT
now I have noticed another thing:
When I try "take screenshot" it says "outgoing call blocking"
when I press ok it says something about incoming calls and restarts ???

--How to get Xperia S lockscreen to work properly--
.First of all download this .zip and install it on your phone (this mod activates Xperia S lockscreen) : XS Lockscreen.zip - 9.18 MB
.Reboot your phone. You might get a number of force closes. Just ignore them.
.Reboot to CWM and install the latest update of this mod. Now reboot your phone again. Xperia S lockscreen is installed.
.If you did not get Xperia S lockscreen to work on your device, you should install it manually:
.Extract UxpNxtLockScreen.apk from the .zip you've downloaded, make a copy of it in the /system/app folder and give it the right permissions (rw-r--r--). Then reboot and bingo!

No it won't, as it is only for 2011 mdpi phones (mini/pro, active and lww)

I think BE2 is a feature only in ICS, isn't it?? I think it cannot be done but i'll take a look.
As for the xperia v player, i can mod the xperia go player to look like it so expect this in the next update

The title says its based on ICS whereas the screenshots say its based on JB (4.1.2)...m i missing something???

you should atleast mention the Android version...going by the name Xperiabread it seems this based on CM7..also which kernel to use..I know you will update the thread later but basic info is required..

Basically i modded the Xperia S theme. i was resizing Xperia Z's icons for about an hour, and i also have faced some problems with torch icon and Play Store... I resized the icons using Picmonkey

I already have all the icons, but when i put Torch's, Radio's and Play Store's Xperia Z's icons in the specific folders, nothing really happens. I mean that the app icons are the same. I don't know why, but i'm strill trying to figure it out!
Edit: Fixed the Radio App icon.

im think the Problem oft hte xpera s Keyboard isn't on the Keyboard at self it is on the android System something whats wrong or misssing im think

1) Download Xperia Z Icons
2) Open with 7zip the App you want to mod the icon. DO NOT EXTRACT THE APP!!!
3) For example, if you want to mod the Torch Icon, open the Torch App with 7zip, and go to /res/drawable/icon.png.
PNG's Dimensions are 48x48. This means that the torch icon you want to resize, must be resized to 48x48.
There is also another icon in the folder /res/drawable-mdpi/icon.png which also needs to be resized. at 48x48 again.
4) Resize the Xperia Z Icon's for the Torch App, and place them in the specific folders without exctracting the App. (Delete both previous icon.png's and replace them with the new Xperia Z styled Icons).
___HERE-----> /res/drawable/icon.png
___AND HERE----> /res/drawable-mdpi/icon.png
5) When you do that, your finished.

i have any Project to ported one xperia s Keyboard with real hardware Support for our phone
see here is the Project .. maybe if it is done you can integrate it . but the Problem is it is hard to find a solve

I don't know... i remember that when i flashed semc debrand engine 04 beta, i was getting force closes when i was sliding out the keyboard. But i'll flash it one more time, and i'll send you pm.

Its really strange.................I have not edited any png/layout.......(just a lot of Smali and color editing) in conversations app. Make sure that you are not using any Xposed framework module. I will take a look a again and will post a fix..............if I can.

xNXT™ 10 already has Honami/z1 movies app. You can install it from xNXT™ Extras via AROMA.

Never tested it on Custom Jelly Bean ROMs.............It should work on all official Sony ICS or Jelly Bean ROMs (Xperia 2011/2012). May be Custom ROMs need some more porting.

This is mentioned by another user in this thread, messaging in HDPI is Wrong
The conversation is too high up and the layout is stuck on mdpi (?)
Xposed is not installed, Only Xperia Z1 Framework theme, stock 587
