This is caused by using a gTablet kernel on an Olipad.

You'll have to compile a new kernel with settings meant for the Olipad. Do you know how to do this?

No matter how many times I tried to wipe /system or /data, it just didn't boot up. what should I do now?
[update] I have talked with some CM user in a Chinese forum. It seems that all the nightlies after 20161107 are unable to boot up.
I've been running the build from 11/04 with few issues ....

No - and may not be for awhile. Best go with a different ROM. Two other Marshmallow builds to choose from (AICP and Nexus); CM 12.1 also a solid option.
