cm 10.1 has been updated to android 4.2.2. Whenever I flash the latest Siyah or Dorimanx kernel,sim card is never detected. The stock cm kernel works fine. Any fixes?
Also I loved the slide to wake feature on Dorimanx,is there a way to port it to my stock cm kernel,like an app or a flashable? I read through a few forums but didnt find anything solid. Thanks in advance
Dorimanx 7.4.8 do have tested
im using dorimanx 7.49, it works well with latest version of cm10.1.

Siyah is not compatible yet. Gokhanmoral Dev is working on a new kernel.

Does Cyanogenmod 10.1 (nightly from 19012013) for the SGSII i9100 supports backlight notification?
How do I enable it? When I install the app it says the kernel doesn't support BLN mod

You need to flash a kernel that supports bln. Recommend Syiah kernel latest version.

I don't know where you can get last cm10 nightly but you can download mcm's last vsync cm10 build (stock cm10 but much smoother) here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/cm10i9100vsync/files/cm-10/

Well if you read and searched properly you'd know that dual booting doesn't work on ICS...
...and also, no ICS ROM or Kernel can be considered safe from Sudden Death Syndrome...

Siyah kernel doesn't work with 4.2.1 leak or cm 9 .... update to cm 10.1 and it will work 100%

when you start flashing roms on your phone, you should be aware of what you are doing. how could you be so silly? under siyah kernel it is already said that dual boot is only for sammy JB 4.1.2 and CM10 and above.

So does it mean siyah still does not have support for any ROM above 4.2?
I'm currently using 4.2.2 NeatROM and I've just tried Siyah 1.8.6 - 1.9.1 and none of them works

No samsung rom over 4.1.2 but siyah 1.9.1 most definitely works on cm / aokp /aospa 4.2.2 roms

I just upgraded to supernexus 3.
I can't view any jpegs, original pictures files from 4.1
It shows as video player format.

You're using the wrong kernel; I saw in the Supernexus thread you stated you're on siyah 3.4.2
That's your problem there, it's outdated. Use AJK or STI.

Sir, unless you're personally crafting your own siyah derivations for this phone, only the AJK or STI kernels work on 4.3 roms.

This may not relate to you anymore, because I see you may have moved on to AJK in another thread, but that siyah version you were trying to use on Supernexus 3 was for the 9100 AND ICS, so it wouldn't have worked for you.

Gallery (and camera) is messed up on SuperNexus 3. It doesn't matter which kernel. Hopefully an update will be out eventually.
